Wow wow wow. This clinic is out of this world in Class. From our dealings from Riley to Amy to Caitlin to the Amazing Dr. Chris. I have been to a lot of vets and I've never had the Gold treatment my Cat and I had the privilege of today. I can not recommend this vet highly enough. There are no words for the kindness compassion to communication to empathy to listening and to love for the animals that come under their care. Dr Chris gave me an answer today no other vet has and has taken a huge amount of stress off my life with his knowledge and wisdom. Chris is kind, funny, a true gentleman and extremely wise. We are so blessed grateful and appreciative we made the choice to go this vet on the reviews but also Riley's mannerism. I thank everyone of you that my beautiful cat Chase and I experienced today. Dr Chris, I bow to you for today and yes it's a little bit further to travel but certainly the extra mile. These guys are so professional and the 'WoW' factor. Well done to Dr Chris and his team. Lovely inside and extreme thought and care has gone into making this Vet A class in my and Chases eyes 🙏😽

Always caring and very thorough. After years of trying to fix Lady's ear infection at another vet clinic, we finally got rid of it under the care of Dr Chris. The clinic is brand new and squeaky clean, staff is lovely and booking online is extremely easy.

Your dedication and love of what you do is second to none. If your pet suffers skin allergies this is the man to see. Dr Alex what a lovely caring compassionate vet who talked me through the process of TPLO surgery for Bingo. I highly recommend him if your dog needs TPLO surgery. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The entire team at Eastside Vets are fantastic. They are compassionate, knowledgeable and truly go above and beyond. We have been so appreciative of their care, and despite her frequent trips, our puppy absolutely adores her visits to see the team. It has been so reassuring to leave her in their very capable and caring hands.

We have been clients for years and we do not have one criticism for the team, we have only good words to speak of the whole team. OMG Look no further if you are after a high quality caring vet with experience!!! I have a tribe of Aussie Sheps and had the same vet for 14 years until she retired. Since then I've tried vet after vet and was about to give up until I found Dr Chris! Dr Chris and his team are efficient, they care about your pets, do high quality surgery and go out of their way to help you and they are good value for money!

Thank you for your kindness and message on the death of our beautiful dog, Paddy. He is missed by all the family including cousins, grandparents and aunties.

We recently brought our cat in after he was involved in an accident. We found all the staff members showed genuine compassion and empathy. Could not have asked for more given the circumstances, and especially since it was near closing time. It was also very thoughtful to receive a condolences card.

Dr alex was great with my pomersnian sassy who had a very bad hacking cough. I was given several treatment options to consider.

I highly recommend this vet! All the staff are extremely kind and helpful. I want to especially mention Riley, she is very caring and empathetic. She massively helped me by giving really clear and easy to follow steps on administering a tablet to my fussy cat by myself. This eased not only my cats stress but also mine! I will continue to use this vet when needed.

We were lucky enough to meet the Eastside Veterinary Clinic team just when we got our first rescue cat, since moving around and then to the country we still return for the genuine kind and caring attitude, professional manner and expert advise. Can't recommend more highly. Dr Chris is a treasure.

Brought my cat Ed in for an emergency consult. The staff were attentive, helpful and compassionate. All staff totally understood my concern/anxiety for Ed and made Ed and I feel totally comfortable and cared for. Lucky for Ed his outcome couldn’t have been better. We took our dog to the great team at Eastside, and they are not only professional and very helpful, but the staff actually care deeply about the animals. It was like having family care for our dog. It’s not about the money with this team, it’s about helping animals and their owners. Go here if you want the best care.

Very nice and friendly staff and professional team! 👍 My dog Daisy was stay here for a day of observation due to sudden vomiting and diarrhea. I felt Daisy was well taken cared. they took her for a walk and called me to update Daisy's condition, and called again the next day for double check.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about the team at Eastside. I made a mistake when booking an appointment and turned up at the clinic on the wrong day. Thankfully, they had space to see us and the team were so gracious about accomodating us. Dr. Anders was gentle and thorough with our dog Gus, who had torn a nail from his paw. The team called us 5 days after our appointment to ask how Gus was going and to make sure his paw was healing well. We are so happy with the treatment and service we’ve received from Eastside and could not recommend them highly enough.

I had to find a new vet for my 23 year old cat as he had to retire due to his health. I was recommended by a friend to come to EVC and I could not be happier. We met Chris for the first time and he instantly had this calmness about him which alleviated our fear about bringing Jemma here. He treated her so well and respected her age and our wishes. We left feeling this is the place we are happy to return to for the hopefully next few years of our beloved cat. Chris and staff thank you so much.

Dr Chris and his staff were absolutely amazing! Upon entering, a thoughtful staff member directed us to a back room to ensure that our cat wouldn’t get scared as there was a large dog about to walk through. When Dr Chris came in, he listened to all of our concerns and we didn’t feel rushed or on a time limit. Dr Chris was very knowledge and gave us some good ideas and advice. Overall, it was a great first time experience and we will definitely recommend to anyone asking!
