Got served by this lovely white girl i believe her name was alex, she served me in such a well manner and greeted me and my father so kindly as we struggled picking out items as it was our first time trying hungry jacks. She was such a kind sweet girl hope to see more like this the next time we swing passed

Never had bad service, whether Drive through, or order in. Quickest turnaround in drive through, stagg are always polite and efficient.

First time in my life I’ve ever seen a burger look like the photo. Keep it up please whoever is on 13/12 night shift

Had a lovely experience with a sweet young lady working there named Cara. Was super friendly and helped me decide, and also recommend the best value…will definitely go back!

My order had a very slight issue with it, so I had to line up again in the drive through and get it rectified. Employee cassa + whoever was the chef tonight: went above and BEYOND to make my order correct. Absolutely ecstatic with how nice and apologetic they were to rectify the issue and fix up my order! Absolutely lovely people and just so pleasured with the customer service I received back! I will DEFINITELY be back here just for the customer service I received alone!

Best people with great dedication towards work. Foods are okay but the service is awesome. I had lost my wallet on one of the benches and staff called my College by looking at my student ID. College informed me that I had my wallet at their place and went back to pick my wallet. Awesome and honest people. Thanks heaps for help.

Got a one of a kind thick shake here machine must of been malfunctioning cuz it was heavy as and jam packed with ice cream.

Staff are super friendly here but they are under the pump like crazy

Came in on the Wednesday morning just after Christmas Day. Normally a few staff members are on but something must have happened this morning and only 1 was working.... and she was most definitely working. Front Counter/Taking Drive through orders/Serving at Drive through register/ Cooking.....Doing everything!
A bonus would be heading her way if she was working for me!

With fewer and fewer fast food restaurants in melbourne operating on a 24 hour per day basis (probably a hangover from COVID lockdown), this Hungry Jack's offers a popular alternative to McDonnalds for those who are in need of a quick feed, late at night.

Like most fast food franchises, the food here is standardized across all locations, however this restaurant makes a good effort to follow the recipies well, meaning you get a decent burger and fries.

My few experiences have all been positive in terms of receiving the correct menu items, all of which are relatively fresh and at the correct temperature, not having been left under warming lights for hours on end, even late at night.

I was served by Jayden, nice and quick service, polite and food was fresh too :)

its open 24 hours and the meals are as amazing as the staff is
they are very nice polite and always listen to what you want
its located at a petrol station so parking is available or else drive thru is open for 24 hours

seating is very good if you want to enjoy your meal with your mates

I came on drive thru yesterday morning. I asked the girl for fresh food. The girl working on drive thru was very nice and calm. The service I received from Jasmine was very appreciable.

To the staff who were working today around 1145am/12pm, thank you for all your help with attending my need a as I was trying clean up my daughter after she threw up in the car and you guys where the closest place for is to pull over and get cleaned cleaned up. The staff gave us serviettes and wet clothes to help me clean my daughter as well as an icy cold cup of water to rinse her mouth.
I get bad as we made a bit of a mess with water in the toilets and I asked for a mop to clean it up and they kindly did it for me.
