PK Crash Repairs

Went there today for an assessment and quote. Owner took a look at my vehicle and gave me a rundown on the job even even though he was too busy to take on the work. Very friendly and got the impression he was a very good and honest operator. What a refreshing experience. First class IMHO!

PK Crash repairs provided an excellent crash repair for my SUV. We'd hit kangaroos and they were able to do the work quickly and to a very high standard. There were a few issues afterwards that they rectified immediately. I would definitely use them again (though hopefully won't have to) and recommend them to others. In a place where it's easy to get away with sub-par service, PK provide excellent customer service and repairs. I was particularly impressed with them being able to work around my schedule, and their communicating with me about when parts were ordered, how long it would take etc, especially given the difficulties getting deliveries at the moment. Very pleased that I made the switch to them after abysmal service elsewhere.

Honest provider of quality car repair. Excellent customer service and the best go-to mechanic. Highly recommended!

Great service and great job

Unfortunately, due to my really bad driving. I have had to call on PK Crash Repairs a couple of times over the last few months. Cannot speak highly enough of their wonderful customer service & my beautiful finished product. Highly recommend this team - they are almost family now!
