As a traveller passing through, The Harvey Norman crew were friendly and very helpful with what I needed too purchase and the staff kindly let me stay at there store for a few hours while using there WiFi to help me transfer my data to my brand new Samsung device!!

I ordered an out of stock item and they called me to tell me they had the next model up in stock and upgraded it at no extra cost. I know it added extra work for them to do this and they could have left it so i am very thankful and impressed with the great effort by the employees.

After a few dramas with my Whitehaven recliner Harvey Norman Alice Springs advised that the supplier had deemed the product to be usual wear and tear, I was a little aggrieved with this as it wasn’t functioning properly but kept a diary of events with the chair because I knew the issues would get worse.
Then the chair started to have issues doing a full motorised cycle.
I took a video and sent it to them, within a couple of hours the new manager was on the phone and he apologised for the situation then told me a new replacement was on the way.
It take a great manager to put his hand up and say that mistakes have been made and to take ownership of the problem then put in place an excellent resolution.

We bought our fridge, washer, dryer and other small appliances there. My family is very pleased about the products. The Nepalese girl there is great. We always look for her when we are looking for electronics, appliances, you name it. Thank you.

As always, nothing but good things to say about this business. My new washing machine was not operating correctly, and within two hours of me contacting Harvey Norman, a lovely young serviceman was on the doorstep, come to help resolve the issue….which he did within a very short period of time.

I love their customer service. I went to looking some sofa today. and i got a really good help from a young asian men, although i didnt end up buying the lounge. but he really helpfull to answer all the needs, eventho hes keep back and forth checking. 👍🏻👍🏻

Dropped by HN to look for some furniture for my new apartment. I was assisted by a lovely young woman who helped me look at different options and was very helpful working with me through the options and making a decision. She was very professional and happy to talk to her boss about pricing options etc.
In the end a great experience and I got the furniture I'd been thinking about but not necessarily looking to buy straight away, so that's a good sales process right :)

Over the years we have had ongoing issues with mattresses - being too soft or too hard or too disruptive. The staff at Harvey Norman were very knowledgeable and patient and guided us through the process and we now have a bed that is wonderfully comfortable and we're both getting a good nights sleep. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for any bedding needs. ty HN!

My partner and I went to Harvey Normans 3 weeks ago to buy a chest freezer.  Wyatt was helping us here in Alice Springs – and I must say it was the best customer service ever!  He found an amazing deal but unfortunately there was a delay due to someone else having ordered it but never picked it up (long story).  Wyatt could have left it at that and sold us a more expensive product, but he was determined to solve this and kept me up to date at least once a week.  He persisted for 3 weeks, talking to managers and other staff and finally, we are picking up our new chest freezer today.  If you EVER need anything, speak to WYATT here in Alice!!  Thanks Wyatt😊

My wife and I just purchased a Fridge/Freezer through Sales person Alex at the Alice Springs store. We had a great experience, with Alex being very friendly and helpful, he went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend and would definitely shop again.

The team at Harvey Normans here are great! I've bought a variety of things from there, only thing I had trouble with was a desk, I explained what happened and they promptly refunded me!

Great customer service that is all too uncommon in Alice Springs. Never had a bad experience shopping here. Staff are always welcoming and happy to do a deal.
