I have been using Portfolio for years. I bought my first investment property with them and am now a landlord. PMS manage every aspect of my property and has made it really easy for me. The advice of where to buy and why was second to none. Happy client!

Rented a place in Abbotsford through these guys. Was dealing with Grant Warn and I'd totally recommend. A few things came up and they dealt with them straight away. A hot water system was leaking and they had someone within the hour to replace the whole thing. Very efficient. I looked after the place and got my full bond back - it was all really easy. Worst renting experience ever. Hot water was not fixed for 4 weeks and the oven was not fixed for 8 weeks. The property was just transferred to a new management company and we discovered the tenants living there for 9 months had not yet been put on the lease, despite paying $250 to portfolio and filling in the required paperwork twice.

Use them currently to rent out a place. Had the whole door come off the hinge and block off the entire entrance. After warning them about it repeatedly, they did nothing to resolve it.

Subsequently the fence door has fallen off into the street. Our dog can now no longer go outside and all of our outside furniture is at serious risk of being stolen as there's no locked gate.

They still refuse to fix the situation. I now have to go through the administration burden of reporting them to VCAT.

Be very careful before engaging with this company

They actually rate zero, i put my trust into this company 5 years ago, a big mistake. Their advise was the the total opposite of what the market was doing. Lost a lot of money! They make up fantasy figures, we learned the hard way! STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY!! Totally Negligent Property Management Agents that did not inform me of the end of the tenancy contract leaving us at the mercy of the tenants. Totally unapologetic to boot.
