Christian Kimber - Fitzroy

I found this shop by chance on a wander down Smith St about six months ago and can't speak highly enough of Christian and his business.

His clothes are hand sewn and classically designed with a contemporary edge, great cool dad vibes :) The cotton and linen polos breathe well and are awesome for 35 degree Queensland summer days, while the woollen polos are really comfy to wear in winter. I only wish it got cold enough up here to wear his Fitzroy jackets...

Christian and his store manager Emma are extremely responsive to customer queries, unusually so; they are always patient and helpful in store and lay out the red carpet for customers new and old, and turn around orders and returns within 24 hours.

The only downside of this amazing Australian men's fashion business is it hasn't expanded to Brisbane yet!

What a wonderful store. One of the coolest stores in Melbourne - really great design and layout. The products are superb - I am a long term fan of Christian's shoe and accessories and it is so great to be able to see them all in person. Very excited to hear about the new items coming too, including clothes.

This store is worth a visit for the atmosphere and service alone. Christian is the nicest guy and his passion is contagious. He will gladly share the story behind his shoes - making you appreciate them even more.

Highly recommended - this is a menswear destination. Go and see the great products, buy yourself something cool and unique then hang out and enjoy the vibe. I might see you there.

Christian is by far one of the most influential up and coming designers who continuously produces amazing products that are both unique in design and super functional. His shoes are amazingly soft and wear in extremely well for me especially, considering I have a wider footplate and I'm a huge fan of his design and colour palettes.
His newly designed shop front is going to be an amazing space to hang out and catch up with like minds.

I wandered in the store off of Smith Street because the shirt in the window was so nice. I left an hour later with several lovely new items! Christian is a really great guy and his designs and fabrics are excellent. It was a pleasure shopping there! Afterwards, I found out he has a reputation as one of the best designers in the city - I can see why! If you are looking for an upgrade to your wardrobe, I recommend you make this your first stop!!

Ridiculously cool store!

Beautifully designed interior filled with really unique and high quality shoes.

Christian certainly knows what he's doing and he knows everything about shoes which together helps create a really great experience. But more than anything, you see a guy who truly loves what he does and believes in what he's selling and as a result you get a great service no matter what price point you're looking at.

A spectacular menswear store from a local favourite, Christian Kimber. The store has come together beautifully after waiting for it to open for so long. There is an amazing range of luxury shoes, sneakers, and other menswear bits and pieces. Christian himself is a terrific guy, and service is equally top-notch. I already own 3 pairs of his shoes and will certainly be back for more!

Absolutely love Christian Kimber - he is an incredibly talented designer and a lovely guy. The perfect store for birthday of Christmas shopping for my husband and dad. He makes beautiful leather sneakers and my husband is obsessed with the brown leather briefcase/bag I got him for Christmas. Used it every day!!

My main man is so in love with these shoes! He bought one pair to try out and has gone back for several more. He loves them for two reasons; one because he gets complements on them and two, because they are comfy+durable. I think it is cute how trendy he feels in them too ;) Must have man shoe for the elegant 'sneaker freaker'.

Was pretty excited to hear that a store was opening in Melbourne! My husband loves these shoes and I always get fantastic service. The store itself looks amazing and it will be a frequent stop for us on weekends.
