Our new mu-X has had its GVM upgrade and 2” lift; and we couldn’t be happier. The ride is fantastic. The car no longer ‘wallows’ on the dirt road between Alice and Santa Teresa (hahaha).

Phenomenal after-sales support in ensuring that the GVM is working is expected.

Donald, Jesse, and Terry at Pedders are great blokes with great banter. I had a big job done with them, and although there was a bit of trouble getting some of the parts, they provided professional and honest service throughout. Very happy with the workmanship on my Pajero. It's the combination of service and workmanship that also makes me think their prices are quite reasonable - especially for Alice.

Absolutely amazing service. I had issues with previous suspension and mechanical work and the team fit us in and went above and beyond to accomodate.

Just 6 months into transition to local ownership, Pedders is still developing thier storefront and processes, a true challenge here in the Red Centre with staff and equipment shortages. Despite these many challenges, management puts in full effort to deliver what customers need. They did a great job on my suspension work and put in extra hours to get the job done same day. Recommended.

I went for a wheel alignment and rego check. My old car also shows some other problems as well. Jesse is very professional and responsible. He told us the problems straight away and gave us a quote quickly. Even though I can tell he is very busy, he is always patient, and explains things in detail. He was still working hard when it was closing time when we picked up our car. I believe he is an invaluable asset to the company and one of the best mechanics in town.

Don is good .... nah Don was great!!!! On a busy Friday before the Finkes weekend and monday holiday he went out of his way to sort the dodgy job done by another franchise in SA. He enabled us to continue our trip. We anoint him with automobile sainthood

Arrived in Alice towing a van enroute to Uluru. One air bag on the MUX suspension unserviceable. Jesse at Pedders agreed to take a look and make an assessment. This despite having a full job card list for the day. Early afternoon received a call from Jesse. Problem identified and repairs completed. Leaking air hose connectors. Jesse advised that he had also renewed the connectors on the 'good' side just in case they would also fail.It would be difficult to find a better example of excellent customer service than I was treated to on this job. Thanks to Jesse and his staff,I really appreciate your efforts in getting me back on the road again

We just finished crossing the Simpson desert, picked up a handful of minor car issues. No one else in Alice wanted to really help us out but Donald at Pedders. Cheers mate!

As we needed it fixed prior to setting up, he was awesome in assisting with whatever was needed to get us back on the road (which for us, included arranging for a part to be welding up.) After a rugged and rocky detour to Dalhousie Springs down the Hamilton Station track, I called into Pedders Alice to get a diagnosis of the suspension and steering on my Mitsu Challenger, as a knocking noise had developed. Travis and his team very kindly fitted me in last minute on a Friday, providing me a diagnosis at a very fair price, and giving me peace of mind to keep driving to Darwin.

They also kindly provided me with a lift to and from my accommodation whilst they looked into the issues. And the decor and styling of their office is the best in any auto shop I've seen. Recommended!

As a car enthusiast who has brought an assortment of vehicles to workshops all over the country, I can report that Pedders Alice Springs is a joy to visit. This place radiates class. From the V8 water feature/fountain outside reception to the cut-away models in the shopfront and the pristine workshop, this place is impressive. And that's just the visuals. Bruce and his team are friendly and professional and talked me through the process from diagnostics to a range of options for fixing problems caused by worn bushes and aftermarket springs fitted by the previous owner of my WL Caprice. Highly recommended.

Been away towing a van and the air bags that were installed by someone else we’re loosing air as the line wasn’t cut straight called in and saw the boys in Alice and they fixed the problem straight away im very appreciative 👌🏽

The guys at Pedders Alice Springs are great to deal with and extremely helpful. Travis assisted us with a leaking airbag in next to no time and he was very happy to assist. We felt confidant that our problem would be fixed from the outset, and it was. Thankyou to all involved.

Staff very friendly and helpful after I broke a leaf spring doing the Madigan Line in my Hilux they managed to fit a new set for me in a few hours and didn't overcharge knowing the predicament I was in (having to get back to Adelaide). Side note the office is setup brilliantly very happy.

Took my trusty ol 80 series Cruiser to Pedders in Alice Spring for a full new suspension fitout at same day notice. Travis and his team there are Awesome. Travis was very professional and explained in great detail exactly all I needed to know. All measurements were taken on wheel clearances, loads weights front and rear I even took the ball weight jack back to the caravan park to measure the weight so an accurate analysis could be done on exactly what I needed. Very happy with the whole show and results are amazing. Ol Cruiser stands high and proud again. Highly recommend Pedders Alice Springs and Travis and the Team. ..👍🌟🌟🌟🌟
