I bought a sound bar from here as a Christmas present for my partner. When she opened it on Christmas day there were no power cords, no ac adapter, no remote control just a heap of empty plastic bags where these things should have been. Since they have been closed since Christmas eve it is now the 3rd jan(almost 10 days later) and we still have not been able to rectify the situation. Yet. Of course i will keep pursuing this. If they ever decide to open there shop again. $500 for a box of useless plastic! Well done Carla. Great job

Terrible service, unprofessional staff waited 4 months for a couch to arrive when purchasing they advised it would take 2 weeks. Staff didn't contact me to advise of the delay I had to continue to call monthly until I spoke to a rude manager who said "what do you want me to do about, tell the caption to send the ship full steam". Not the customer service I expected!

Couldn't get any service so went and spent a fortune at Harvey Norman
