Highly competent.
I had first an alignment, it came with a detailed report and a bonus vehicle cheak. Looks like I can have a "hands off" trip to Darwin now.
Also got my rare brake rotors and drums surfaced.
Defenitly the place to go for that technical job: Vernier caliper cheak, drive test, mvr pits: Spot on from the first meter.
And all of that with a good communication, short delays and a very fair price.

I got a wheel alignment and tyre rotation last week and I can say that my Prado has never driven smoother or straighter. The service was completed on time and priced fairly. Thanks.

We just called in to spray clean some camping items, but it was not overcrowded, not expensive, seemed clean and in good working order...

Great place for round black car thingys

Horrible customer service. Dangerous Mechanics.. Had my rear breaks and rotors changed, told them I would be driving to Adelaide the next day. Picked up the car, when I asked if the new breaks had been “bedded” Andrew just told me the mechanic took it for a drive, when I asked specifically if they had been bedded, he couldn’t give me a soiled yes or no. Drove the car for about 20km, at about 730pm was doing 110kmph and 1 of the 4 bolts holding the calliper bracket on fell out while driving, bringing the car to a grinding halt. (This could have killed me) I had to walk (2.2km) home (finding the bolt on the way) and get my tools and walk back. When I got back to the car I noticed that 3 of the 4 bolts were finger tight with no thread locker on them so I put some on and tightend the bolts for my journey the next day. I called them in the morning from Coober Peddy and asked for a refund ($280) and they denied not doing the bolts up and took no accountability. They told me to bring the car in so they could check it. I was 670km away and I told them that’s pointless as the bolts are tight now and what were they going to find out now that I had done them up! I will never let them touch a vehicle of mine again and neither should you!!

Profiteering and Unscrupulous.
The quote was $333.60 to supply and fit RHR ABS wheel speed sensor for my VW Golf. But finally had to pay $737.10 even without fixing the issue. Really disappointed and never recommend.

Took my car in with a fault. They put on the scan tool, took it for a drive and told me to take it to the dealer. Paid for their time, subsequently waste of time & money.
Another small workshop had a look at it, scanned the fault, looked under the bonnet and found the problem, (under 5 minutes) printed off all the placed what may stock this part and wouldn't take my money. I managed to purchase this PART from one of the recommended places. I had the part fitted problem sorted the same afternoon.
Different level of help & service.

Terrible service, unwilling to work with you to find a solution to work with you. Aprantyl, they are a Mitsubishi dealer. However, their staff is not aware of that.
