McDonald's

My partner and I went through the drive thru on Saturday. We just had to put our cat down and both had tears in our eyes. When we picked up our food one of the staff members put a lovely note on a napkin telling us to have a great day and gave us an extra hash brown. We are so thankful and it made us both bawl our eyes out more. Thank you to whoever did that for us. You didn't know why we were both so sad but you went out of your way anyway to bring some happiness into our day. Thank you so much and I hope you see this!

This mcdonald’s is by far my fav of all time. Nothing beats the fresh tasty fries and the yummy cheeseburgers they make daily. The store is filled with great people especially sarah who shows great attitude and slays each shift, good on her. Everyone works amazing and is always on top of things. Great work macca queens/kings

This McDonald's is connected to a petrol station. You can drive through or dine in. You can easily park in front of the store. It's nice to look outside and people watch or watch the traffic as you eat. Service was friendly. The touch screen machines were not updated to include current promotions however, so ordered at the counter instead. Please keep the jalapeno Poppers as a permanent menu option! I love them. Toilets on the premises which could be cleaner but they were fine.

I’m a regular customer visiting approx 7 nights a fortnight & have been for some years.
I always go through the drive thru for my coffee on the way to work.
The staff are a brilliant team and management should be very proud of such a friendly team, particularly Cindy, Emily, Lauren and Ken!
They always go the extra mile and always have a smile on their dial!
Thanks guys, your customer service and coffee are always “on point”- keep it up!

This is one of the best Macca's in town. The staff is very hardworking and they try to keep the place as clean as possible. I had a conversation with the managers about why the toilets are closed between 10PM-6AM and their response was very genuine. The staff only follows orders from people up in the hierarchy which is why the staff members cannot be blamed. Cashier Alex is very friendly and faithful. I reckon he must be the Restaurant Manager.

Pretty consistent considering they are a younger crew, the fries could be better though. 🤪 Never had any issues with my food, no matter if it's breakfast or dinner.

Was in at 1:40pm all the staff working are very warm and burger was the best I’ve had in any McDonald’s. Staff know when and how to pull up customers whom are not following social distancing and I couldn’t be more appreciative. Thank you for the amazing work staff who are on today, you guys are what makes us an awesome community

It's food and it's good, it's even better when Ur drunk, can't go wrong with half a pound of beef between a bun

Some girl called Scarlett gave me an amazing customer experience. If I could I would give this place 7 stars out of 5 would come again. Make sure to look out for Scarlett she knows what she’s doing.

Always good to see Zack on drive through when I buy a coffee for the workers. Great friendly efficient service. Always had thought Zack was the store manager in his delivery. Keep it up mate cool tattoos also. Cheers LP

Love this McDonald's.. Go here every morning now to get my coffee. Staff are friendly quick and it's always stress free. It's a little more out of my way but totally worth it. I use to go to the Collingwood McDonald's but I now refuse to go. It's so bad it's upsets my day.
Very happy going to the hoddle one. Thank you guys. 😊

I don't usually write reviews but i had to bc they made me & my partner the most fresh, absolutely beautiful egg muffin & a mc oz burger we've ever had from any maccas! The buns were fresh & all the salads were fresh which made it so nice to eat. It's the 2nd time ive brought a cappuccino from there & both times they were made perfectly, they didn't taste just like milk & water like most maccas make it, it had a good amount of coffee. The staff are very polite & welcoming, they knew the menu properly & suggested cheaper options which is really handy & very few maccas bother to do. Will definitely be going back!

The manager on today 9am-9:30 (maybe Sri Lankan or Indian ) is the bestt manager you guys have! Every time I come and order a meal an he is on I have No Issues! The food is always hot and my coffee is just the way I like it.
He deserves a promotion or raise !

One day I went in with many lice upon my poor scalp. I had been trying to get them out for years upon years. When Keerat came up to me and without second guessing picked out and ate all the nits in my hair. 10/10 service my nits have not come back since.

This is a good Macca's. Staff must be on to it cos due to proximity to Victoria St it's not just the burgers that are cooked in there. They're good at making up burgers when I want to make lots of changes to them.

Went to another place and they refused double chicken n cheese burger but I Asked here for double chicken n cheese burger and they happily made one. Washroom was closed from 10pm to 6 am was bit disappointment other then that nice hot fresh chips. Thanks

Always good, nice staff too, probably the quickest, other McDonald's could aspire to be this quick, this comment comes after visiting nearly once a week for atleat 8 years.
