Ouyen Mallee Bakery

Excellent bakery.wide range of products on offer ranging from slices and cakes, sandwiches and rolls as well as a few different pies, sausage rolls and pasties. Some bread, rolls and sweet items available on a shelf when walking in as well as one next to it for cheaper items from the day before which was empty when I went Friendly service when I went. The food I had was excellent (crispy pastry on the pies and sausage roll). The coffee, I found was very good (to my liking and not bitter). Not the cheapest but well worth the money spent. Seating available inside and outside. Reasonably popular. Will stop again when in the area. Definitely worth the stop and visit.

When travelling through Ouyen, you have to stop at this bakery and try one their famous vanilla slices. We bought two of them, and they were excellent. the bakery is also really nice and freshly decorated inside. Well done to this small business.

Exceptionally a clean and beautiful coffee shop and bakery. I bought wholemeal bread and it was the best! I also bought a vegetarian sandwich and it was delicious! Their coffee was amazing too! If you pass by Ouyen this place is a must try! The girls are also very friendly! Plenty of parking too.

Working in Ouyen and so happy I walked into this gem of a place. Lamb rosemary pie is great, went in the second day had the breakfast wrap and the chicken burger. The burger is better than most burger joints put out. Some talented people working there 🙌🏼

The price of the food was low for such quality too. Outstanding.

The establishment is very well maintained and smells absolutely divine.

Just served now by the friendliest staff I've come across in a while and has lots of indoor and outdoor seating, some undercover. Offers ultra modern leather feel lounges for a break in your travels and a television too!

Well worth the visit on your way through to Mildura Horsham or Melbourne!

Fabulous Bakery. I'm so happy I checked with Google for a coffee stop otherwise we would have driven on. Great coffee and the ham/tomato/cheese sandwich was fresh and tasty. Please stop in Ouyen, it is certainly worth to stretch your legs here and enjoy the hospitality of the Ouyen Mallee Bakery 👍👌

Amazing little find on.our way home to adelaide. So busy and wonderful efficient friendly staff with beautiful food and an amazing selection of food. Brought hot cross buns for easter as they looked so delicious. Well done to all the beautiful stFf - great business - highly recommend.

Stop through pretty much every time I'm passing through Ouyen. Great (probably the best) vanilla slice you'll find anywhere.

The best pies in Victoria. Value for money and just simply yummy - mushroom, lamb and chicken veg.
You could see it is popular by the number of customers at 11:30 on a Tuesday. Don’t miss it !!

Fantastic bakery. Super friendly service and delicious baked goods. Called ahead to make sure they were open as Red Cliffs bakery was closed for the holiday period. As items were quickly selling, they suggested to place an order over the phone so they could set aside. Highly recommend!
