My wife Annie and I are indeed blessed to have found Jennifer as our Pilates trainer. She is so knowlegeable, detailed and patient in her instructions that each class is not only a journey of discovery for our own body posture and alignment. What's more we definitely experienced healing and restoration for our joints and muscles. Looking forward to more classes and to say goodbye to those irritating aches and pains:)

Pilates fixed my back! I fractured a vertebrae in my back when I was younger. I have been doing yoga for years which helps my back. However my back was deteriorating and getting painful. An Osteopath recommended Pilates International. I found the care and attention to detail impressive and my back is now in incredible shape. I have the best posture I have ever had in my entire life. Jennifer is so knowledgable and experienced she can tell at a glance where problems lie and always has a new pilates technique to teach. My Mother is 80 and was having back pain and problems. Jennifer said that 80 was not too old to start and so my Mum started doing pilates and her back improved so much that she just went on a walking holiday walking 30km a day! The studio is beautiful and tranquil and I highly recommend it.

Principal instructor Jennifer is one of the most experienced and clever movement teachers in Australia. We've worked with her and her team for 20 + years and can't recommend highly enough. It's well worth noting that they are all formally qualified through government recognised training - they are serious career professionals who know what they are doing.

Fully qualified, exemplary pilates teachers with a passion who really take the care to understand and work with the individual client need. I have taken classes here for years and the benefits have been transformative. I strongly recommend Pilates International to anyone interested in genuine studio pilates. This not a gym.

I really enjoyed coming to Pilates. Extremely disappointed with being put out on the street. Also I paid $1000 and was basically ripped off. I know that's unfair. However, it is true.
