Hungry Jack's Burgers Mildura

Compared with before, the decoration now really makes people want to stay and eat inside, and the overall feeling is clean and comfortable.
The meals are better than before, especially for internal use. Except for the very salty French fries, the other foods are hot and delicious!
The coffee series used to taste very light and the chocolate was very diluted, but now it tastes much better.
Both my boyfriend and I think Hungry Jack's in Mildura is better than McDonald's, and we really feel that they have improved the food with their heart.

Food is served quickly and tastes great. However, parking can be limited during peak hours. Overall, a good experience.

The burgers really are better at Hungry Jacks.

Has a play area, indoor eating, toilets. It is also conveniently located next to Mildura Plaza and big W.

Great store. A little slow but well worth the wait. Isn't slapped together without care. Always well made and fresh.

Quick in store friendly service, the whoppers we bought were quite tasty, I was surprised as I don't normally eat at these fast food outlets.

UPDATE: Food is amazing and very satisfying, had a great customer service experience last time I went in. The burgers are definitely better here. The cleaners, not so much. Definitely need a better cleaning service due to how filthy floors, window sills and toilets were.

Thanks to Matt tonight. I didn't get my menulog order so I rang the store, Matt put me on the right track. I understand menu log is a 3rd party operation and Matt gave me the right number to call. Thanks Matt we got our meals, awesome service!

I have been visiting this store on and off for about three years and have heard & read some bad reviews. However, my opinion does not mirror this.

I accept that 3 years ago, general house keep was not as desired and and service could have been better. But over the three years, this store has improved immensely, especially with cleaning.

Even at busy times, the attention of staff and immediate response to cleaning of tables, spills on floors, signage, and interacting with customers while doing so is just what any establishment wishes for. There are franchise procedures for doing these activities and surely the staff know them enough that they do not need the Managers direction.

Congratulations to the Management and mostly the staff who have worked with such commitment to bring this Mildura store up to this standard.

Standard of cleaning can be established by looking for water wipe marks on tables and mop marks on the floor and at this store there s no trace of wipe marks or crumbs lying in corners.

One of the cleanest restaurants I have seen, staff friendly and efficient. Got a coffee this morning and commented about the clean floor, and it so happens that the Manager last night chipped in to mop up and did an awesome job and while showing true leadership.

Its not everyday we see a Manager get down and dirty, such modesty.

Well done guys..:)

And now 4 months later, got in here for a quick breaky and I see consistency. It's not everyday you seen fast food joint so spotlessly clean.

It was great to eat in for a change, we had to scan the QR code but it was worth it. The staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is clean ready for you to eat your meal. On a day like today the air conditioning was a relief to be under.

I used to live in Mildura in 2010, I still can't forget the taste. The burger was fantastic every time when I visit. The juicy beef petty and fresh vegetables and bread that I miss so much.

Whenever I've been to the store, the food has always been fresh. The staff are nice, friendly, and always greeted with a smile when served in-store 👍😊
