My mother-in-law went into the store today and they had one person on. She was picking up a slab of beer for her partner and the guy wanted to go on a break, she explained she just wanted a slab of beer. He huffed opened the sliding door and then threw the store key across the counter so aggressively that they flew across the counter and onto the floor. He was then so aggressive and rude while processing her payment. I understand it's the holidays, but my mother-in-law has very bad anxiety and she was visibly shaken getting back to the car. if you work in retail you don't act like this. Liquorland do better!

Beware of Jim. The grumpy old man that will refuse service if he doesn’t like the look of you. Made threats against us for wanting to be served after showing ID after one of us didn’t have it. Absolutely disgraceful. Do yourself a favour and shop across the road at Dans til Jim is sacked.

Man with grey hair and glasses is very rude and discrimates against people of all ages. He is not the boss but thinks he is and treats his customers very inappropriately by raising his voice. He should be sacked. The company will lose customers very quickly. Put someone else on straight away. He Needs Anger Management therapy. Disgraceful to the company of liquor stores in Australia.

I was just assaulted buy a worker in liquor land on 15th st infront of my child. My son had to tell him to let me go I did nothing wrong at all to worrent this assault .....
