Vinh Vinh Vietnamese & Chinese

I love Vinh Vinh, the service is excellent, and I have always been recommended the perfect dish to suit my mood. Although the crispy beef is always required, I can't get enough of that dish.

I had the crispy fried noodle with pork and satay chicken to round out our selection and I would recommend them all.

I have also never had a bad banana fritter, so I always enjoy finishing a meal with one here.

Delicious food, quickly prepared. Great value for money and really friendly staff. My favourite restaurant on Victoria St.

Asked for "Hokkien Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables"
And what they gave me was delicious. The egg and chicken tasted especially fresh.

As I entered Vinh Vinh, the aromas of the Vietnamese / Chinese cuisine filled my lungs and I was overwhelmed with a sense of calm. Moments after greeting my friends, the kind waitress provided a glass for my wine. We ordered our meal and soon an influx of delicious food was placed in front of me. The food was both comforting and sensational - like my mother’s lasagna… but dare I say better . Great food, fabulous customer service, will def be back!

This place just gets better. Dishes are fresh, delicious and servings are generous. There's lots of duck, squid, crispy beef, soft shell crab and best of all, fresh BBQ scallops in the shell. You don't get these in many places. Vinh Vinh crepes (pancakes) are a wonderful meal and they've added a duck version. Service is great, price is good and the place is licensed and BYO. Well worth a try, particularly for a group. Family friendly.

Awesome service. I LOVE fried rice & they have multiple fried rice dishes available. My husband & i both got the thai chicken fried rice & normal vegetarian fried rice. So yummy!! Also very affordable & generous portions. Highly recommend

I never review places but I have to make an exception for this place.

My place for no frills, unapologetically authentic vietnamemese Pho. A place I go to multiple times a week.

The broth is a genuine beef bone broth that is savoury and nutrient rich. It is very different from your average pho joint that heavily dilute the broth only to bring it up with copious amounts of salt and MSG.

The beef balls are premium and appropriately cut.

As a bonus the service is great being run by a mother-daughter resturant.

I will happily come here multiple times a week for years to come.

Best honey chicken and satay sauce with roti in Melbourne. The owner is lovely and always provides great customer service. You can also order from them directly rather than needing a third party app

OMG!!! If you are a fan of crispy shredded steak then you MUST come to Vinh Vinh!!! It is unbelievable! I know I am using a lot of exclamation points but.....OMG. I don't know what sauce they put on it but you can't stop eating it. It's amazing! The lady serving us was terribly sweet and funny. The Vietnamese lemon drink was also absolutely perfect. I would add photos but I was starving and once I had tried a piece of the shredded steak I couldn't stop to take a pic. The salt and pepper fried tofu was also fantastic! Get down there!

The owner of this lovely little restaurant is most hospitable. The food is simple and thoughtfully executed resonating a delicate mix of both Vietnamese and Chinese flavour combinations. The service is fast and the owner is only too happy to share recommendations.
The Saigon beer a good drop teamed with the petite pork spring rolls and beef ball pho. If you're game, top it with the chow kway teow.

My favourite Vietnamese restaurant in Victoria Street (big call, I know!)... everything tastes so fresh and made for you. Nice staff. Accommodating of small or large groups. Yum!

Vihn Vihn is my favourite local Viet restaurant on Victoria Street. With such a good variety, great pricing, very quick and accommodating. They remember their regulars and have the nicest chicken Pho (with chicken breast), I have ever had!

By far my favourite place on Victoria St. Went in yesterday after the longest timeout, about a month, and went with the homerun of sizzling plates. Vinh Vinh has become a regular, easy meet up place for me and my friends. Great flavourful food, reasonably priced, very honest and friendly service... And they take card!...p.s. crispy beef :)
