Beautiful! Seasonal produce, duck crispy skin and just melt in your mouth! Great wines and cocktail selection!The staff were all so lovely, definitely worth our trip to the moon !🌝🌚

Excellent, cosy wine bar in Collingwood. Lovely atmosphere and wide selection of Australian and International wines. Also a nice selection of beers and cocktails. Food is pricey, but the quality is top notch. Went for a couple of drinks and a few nibbles before hitting Smith St for dinner = perfect.

Great recommendation from the waiter to try a Muscato which I would never normally have, but it was a delicious dry, crispy, and refreshing white with more depth than expected

Always enjoy an encounter with fabulous food and an outstanding wine list at The Moon in Collingwood. Cute little venue with excellent and knowledgeable staff, all complemented by delicious food.

Gorgeous atmosphere! The moody lighting makes for the perfect setting for a great conversation with great company while drinking a great glass of wine. The bar staff give excellent recommendations if you are indecisive and do one of the best gin martini’s I’ve ever had.

Love love LOVE the moon! I always take visitors to Melbourne here, its easily my favourite wine bar in Melbourne. A great selection of wines by the glass and a ridiculous level of choice by the bottle! Staff are friendly and super knowledgeable and always happy to guide your choice if you're unfamiliar with some of the wines. Food is limited but is always super tasty and unique. Finally the vibe is also just perfect - it is casual enough for a sneaky sunday afternoon wine but also has intimate little spaces to make it perfect for a date night.

If i had to say something bad about it I would say its probably the handle to the bathroom door. You have to turn it a funny way and I'm too dumb to remember this each time I go so it catches me out

The Moon is an unassuming wine bar that will catch you by surprise. The place is dimly lit and creates a beautiful vibe perfect for a date night or to escape with friends to chat and hide away. Staff are friendly, attentive and know their wines and food well. The menu is short and made to share and on point. Great flavours, quality ingredients and I would call it modern Australian tapas. Do yourself a favour and go let this place surprise you

Great wine bar in Coolingwood food is tasty and very reasonable in price

A beautifully mood lit bar with a fantastic wine list and outstanding service. Their wines are interesting, drinkable and varied, as well as being priced well. The tables and layout is comfortable and feels open, rather than cramped, but not in a wasted space way. Being able to choose from their wall of bottles adds to the experience, rather than simply choosing from a list on a page. An excellent addition to Melbourne's wine bars.

This bar was a lovely surprise! The wine list is interesting and varied and the staff were all super knowledgeable and helpful with their suggestions. We had some great food as well, enjoying the charcuterie plate as a late night snack. Really nice fitout too - dark and moody and perfect for catching up with close friends.

You must come here ! I absolutely love the Moon, delicious food and a great atmosphere. There always seems to be small menu changes as well as a rotating wine list so there's always something new to experience when I come. Cannot thank the FOH team and chefs enough for creating such great full experience

Much bigger inside than it appears outside. Great atmosphere, staff are very friendly and deeply knowledgeable about the wines. I did appreciate how un-intrusive staff were too - they’d pop round when glasses were finished (and quite quickly), and their suggestions were top notch. We didn’t have any food, but a great experience and will certainly be back.

Easily some of the best service I have ever experienced at a bar - amazing and unique cocktails, fun wine list! Also had some very lovely nibbles which were made vegetarian upon request 🫶 love the moon!

Great natural wine selection celebrating loads of great local names as well as some special imports. Super cute date night vibe or a takeaway spot for brilliant and exclusive wines for a local BYO or home. Tuesdays you can buy bottles to drink-in at take-away prices ($20 less). Food is a selection of seasonal & delicious light bites to compliment wines. Cauliflower and pickled veg are standouts! Service is varied depending on who's working - some are mega enthusiastic & know their producers and will walk you through the bottles, other staff just wait behind the bar for you to choose. I'd suggest that a destination wine bar with exclusive wines and a luxurious feel should have a full team of enthusiasts for the total memorable experience. Overall, super yum, love coming here especially for the great wine!

We had an amazing time at the moon. The service was fantastic and the knowledge of their wines was very impressive. The food was delicious, especially the caramelised onion and mushroom toasted cheese sandwich. We had a large group (11) and there was no seating issues at all. I highly recommend the moon for a relaxing and enjoyable night out.

Stopped in for a couple of glasses of wine - great selection, excellent service with very friendly staff. Grabbed a bottle take away as well, which went exceptionally well with dinner.
