I'm very impressed with Venus Packaging. Their sales representative, Peter, replied to my emails in a prompt and friendly manner, ensuring the process of purchasing an Impulse heat sealer was an easy one. I placed my order at 4:50 on Friday evening and was extremely surprised and delighted to receive it on the following Monday.

This sealer is a well-made product that does an excellent job.

Excellent service and a very knowledgable team. I saw what I needed on the website and called them, they confirmed the machine was in stock so I bought it and received it the next day! Shipping was included which is always a bonus.

As a small Business owner it is very challenging to find the right product. As we are price sensitive and look for the best quality option with 1,000 questions to ask. Venus Packaging makes you feel that they are there for you and for your needs no matter how many questions you ask and even go there and try the product as a trial.
