StayCentral - Kew Cottage with Study

We stayed 11 nights at Kew Cottage and were very pleased with our accommodation. Anthie the host was warm and welcoming, and the unit was well-furnished, spotlessly clean, comfortable and we felt we had good privacy. The central heating was really great for those cold autumn Melbourne days and nights. There was a compact space to park our car (but we mostly left in on a side street). It was more economical than staying at the nearby premier hotel with the bonus that we had our own kitchen, laundry and small garden. There were no issues with getting our bond back. We would happily stay here again.

The unit in Kew and the actual owners were lovely. They met us on the day and made us feel welcome. It is a well-connected home with the tram stop outside. We were a family of 6, Chris and the hosts accommodated us well. The hosts were always in contact and especially after we moved out, to help us to retrieve valuables left behind.

All in all, a cosy but well-appointed unit in Kew. Good for families, pets for short term rental while visiting Melbourne.

Before you even step in the door the location is already a winning feature - easy 2 minute walk to Kew junction, tram stops (which can take you anywhere you want), supermarkets, restaurants, newsagents etc.

The house is great and has everything you would need for an extremely comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, large flatscreen smart TVs, fully functioning and equipped large scale kitchen and a large open plan floor plan across three levels. The beds are surprisingly extremely comfortable (which is always a rare find)!

I was here for 6 six’s weeks over summer and the inducted aircon was amazing to keep us cool and comfortable - plus the outdoor entertaining area was extremely useful for hosting people!

Overall a great stay in a great home!

We booked the 24A Wellington Street home for two weeks, and had the most amazing time. People at Stay Central are very cooperative and supporting. Thank you for making our stay a memorable. Highly recommend this place.

Very pleasant home to stay in with lots of space and a beautiful sun aspect in the front room. Would highly recommend this home to families and those working from home.
