I went shopping here with my daughter and this is a place I would go back to. There is a wide range of clothing to choose from. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, assisting us based on the preferences we have given. We felt very welcome while shopping and their customer service is remarkable. The clothes are of excellent quality and reasonably priced.

I have shopped with them in store and via instagram. Very helpful team and amazing products. This is the consignment store where I find the most interesting pieces rather than just the "classics". I managed to get a dress I've been looking for for 5 years! Highly recommend following them on insta where they regularly share new arrivals that you can get delivered, which is very handy as someone who isn't local.

This is one of my favourite places in Melbourne to visit! Elizabeth, Shirley and the ladies are so welcoming and they have a great range of clothes and accessories in excellent condition to choose from. Sometimes I get overwhelmed in second hand stores because of the volume of items, but the layout of the store and their selective array of items make it a calming and enjoyable experience.

This small boutique is always full of beautiful clothing! I could easily spent all money here. If you’re looking for high quality clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories from your favourite luxury brands and love to shop more sustainably, this is the place to be!

Secondo is my favourite consignment store in Melbourne, in fact it's probably my favourite store in Melbourne generally. It has a large range of clothes, shoes, handbags, accessories and jewellery (my favourite) and unlike some consignment stores, the stock and interior is always really clean and smells nice. I've been a customer here for 20+ years (buying and selling) and have always found the service to be excellent - Elisabeth and Shirli and the rest of the team are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and generous with their time. Highly recommend Secondo!

We absolutely adore this store. They are always accomodating if we order on line and are always so ever friendly when in store. The variety ensures there is something for everyone and you are very spoilt for choice ..you will definitely want to keep coming back. The selection is always fresh and if you see something you like, grab it fast before it’s gone..I am a Sydney shopper and buy online. The girls are always happy to answer any questions or send additional pictures. They are priced very well and you are guaranteed a genuine, good quality product. They have a really good eye for selecting individual pieces and making them work together. Second Boutique

Pros:

👧Staff always greet you and are lovely. They let you browse and don’t bother you every 5 minutes like some stores.
👗 There are a lot of pre loved designer clothing items available here, especially jackets and jumpers. They have an assortment of all brands, from Chanel to Scanlon. They also sell bags, shoes and accessories.
💰Unlike a lot of consignment stores, Secondo don’t put a huge markup on their clothing. Their prices are quite reasonable.

Cons:
🚗 The only fault I can find is the parking. As I park on toorak road, it can get quite busy at times and may take a while for a car park to open up.

Easily my favourite store in Melbourne. Almost all of my wardrobe is from Secondo, and with an incredibly well curated collection of secondhand designer items, its almost impossible to resist buying everything in store! The clothes are well cared for, with items going through several stages of inspection, and many with tags still on. There is also an abundance of incredible one of a kind pieces that cannot be found anywhere else. If you're visiting Melbourne or live there and haven't been, it is an abolsute must!

This boutique is one of my favourite boutiques in town. Not only that, but the staffs are friendly and welcoming. They are very helpful! The clothes are very good quality and have areasonable price. I recommend this place!
