Food is absolutely delicious. Highly recommend the Kashmiri naan and rice.
It may look like a Johnstone St pizza shop from the 80's and in truth, it probably was. It's just awesome food at great prices with excellent service.
If you're after white table cloths and wine glasses that match, keep walking.
If you're after great food at very reasonable prices, this is the place for you.

Really friendly staff, great service and food. We ordered different types of naan with 2 vegetarian curries. Was very happy with the food. Will definitely go back again when in the area.

Chose this place because it was conveniently across the street from the venue. We felt very welcomed on entering, the food smells were amazing, the staff friendly and the decor, while very simple, was comfortable. Plenty to choose from on the menu. I'm not an Indian cuisine expert, but I know what I like (😉) and this food was seriously good. Generous serves, great flavours, good quality and really great value for money. We enjoyed being able to watch the cooking happen, but having an open kitchen meant it was quite warm in there, would be lovely on a Winter day. This one is going on our favorites list.

My new favourite Indian restaurant! The curry was the best I’ve had, super tender chicken and delicious roti. The customer service was also 10/10, can’t fault anything!

Delicious, authentic, everything cooked fresh to order. One of my favourite meals in Melb, some of the best Indian food anywhere, in a comfortable, unpretentious atmosphere.

This little gem was a wonderful discovery, the lovely friendly and efficient service was nearly as good as the delicious dishes we enjoyed. As Brummies from England we appreciate a good curry and Fitz Curry ticks all the boxes! 😊

Top quality food and amazing service. A must visit for curry lovers. Also the tandoori chicken is super yummy and the meat platter too. Mango akash is a must have. And yes not to miss, garlic naan are one of the best here.

My family have been coming here for years (and we live on the other side of town). It’s our favourite Indian restaurant, the food is SO good and the staff are lovely. It’s really affordable too. We always walk away very satisfied and happy! Highly recommend.

Ordered the chicken vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, basmati rice and the rice with nuts mixed into it. The food was really good, vindaloo was comfortably spicy. Would recommend the nutty rice over basmati. One rice is enough for two people. The garlic naan was good, but I think there was too much butter, would try their regular naan. All in all really good food, nice staff. Great place! Good prices! Stop by here.

Absolutely love this place! By far the best curry house in Australia - being from England where we love Indian cuisine, I’ve been coming back here on various occasions over the past 10 years - the hospitality, the food, the very reasonable prices and the love that comes from the kitchen, shines from the 2 brothers Jolly & Jesse, who make you feel welcome and leave with a full belly!

We dropped in for dinner and from the start were made welcome. The food, onion bahji tandoori prawns chicken biryani and a superb Dahl maharani made me feel I had been invited into a home. It was so delicious. Thank you for a beautiful experience.

Absolute fantastic place. Food is certified true Indian Food. Staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is very good. Would eat there 1000 times a day. Recommend the butter chicken 💯.

Great food & service, really nice people here. Had some wonderful dishes tonight (as my first dine in experience, have been getting their takeaway for years), and they happily accommodated my annoying British partner and his off-menu ordering :p
Very reasonably priced, drinks are also cheap and if you'd like to bring your own wine it's a $2pp corkage fee. Cosy, quality, can't speak highly enough of Fitz Curry, always my go to.

Having not been to this place before I was a bit worried if it’d be good. Have to say, IT IS BEYOND AMAZING! I was licking my fingers feeling like I’m back home in India. So pleased with everything we got. So delicious and definitely a regular for me now! Thank you to the team for making me a curry that wasn’t even on the menu! Very please with this place!

Particularly good and consistently yummy indian food. Everything I have eaten here has been great. The setting is not fancy, but prices are really reasonable and service is always friendly.

Seriously good Butter Chicken. Layers of flavour from the tandoori chicken pieces to the buttery creamy sauce. I could happily relish Fitz Curry Cafe's Butter Chicken every day . A must must try !

First time ordering. Delivery was fast. Ordered a hot lamb vindaloo and my first time trying malai kofta. Definitely the best Indian we've had in a long time. We look forward to having again in the future. Thank you!
