Had an issue with the motherboard i purchased from Centrecom upon finished building my pc. Tom, was probably only one that was patience enough and explain the process of the return policy and replacement. He got it fixed within couple of weeks during Christmas busy period and Instant replacement for the motherboard i purchased the day before without going through too much process and allowing me to upgrade to different motherboard by just paying the difference. Highly recommend Tom

I found shopping here a pleasant experience from start to finish, after ordering click and collect the order was ready promptly and pickup was quick and painless. They were even able to assist me with a second click and collect order I put through at short notice despite not getting the ready for collection note.
Prices are good too so definitely recommend you check this place out when searching for parts.

I am an avid game fan, so I always buy equipment, centrecom perfectly meets my shopping needs, whether it is online, offline shopping or pick-up, it is very efficient and fast, and there are often discounts, great, the staff is very patient (even if my English is not good), what a great group of people!

Insanely good staff. It was bloody only Grand Final Day and the lads still helped us build a whole new computer and assisted us when we screwed the pooch on organising the parts. Top tier solid blokes. Best PC shop I've been to.

Excellent tech support provided by David. He walked me through his troubleshooting steps and at the same time, respectfully educated me on next steps. I've been building PCs for 20 years and his knowledge, approach, and customer service skills are outstanding. Bravo David! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had a great experience shopping here, wasn't originally planning on buying anything at all but saw this amazing laptop and had to take it. Andrew gave my friend and I excellent advice and was knowledgeable, funny and friendly the whole time. Will happily return if I need computer stuff in future!

I recently bought a RTX 4090 at the Richmond store and after one month had an issue with the GPU. I went to the store and they offered me a refund right away since they didn't have the same brand in stock.
But since I bought the item online, their standard procedure would be to refund it and only after a couple of days I would be able to buy a new one.
I explained the situation and that I needed a new GPU right away because of my work and they promptly understood the situation and offered me a solution that solved my problem.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff and I would definitely recommend this store.

Centre Com Richmond have been amazing in helping me build my computer with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have made many trips to Centre Com and every time they have been able to help me with anything I need. They are by far the best computer shop I have dealt with! Kaisen was very helpful. I needed two monitors to connect to a MS Surface Dock. He directed me to monitors that were cheaper than competitors and then the MS website to ensure I had the correct connectors. Overall, I enjoy using CentreCom Richmond as they make my life easy!
