Tropical Hibiscus Caravan Park

Beautiful little camping site surrended by trees own by a sweet family that have been running it for 30 years. Honestly the best one we've been through so far during 6 weeks and the cheapest! Very close from Mission beach centre town! Everything is perfect, nice and really clean. The swimming pool is beautiful, the amenities look new, the kitchen area is pretty big and you get everything needed, you can also find a living room with TV and loads of books and the super plus is the GYM, that makes the place even better!! We would have extended our stay if we could have. I highly recommend it! Thanks again from the French family!

Loved our 3 night stay here. Peter and Angie were super park hosts. Pizza night on Wed and everyone joins in for drinks. There were a large group of regulars who have been going there for years so a great friendly atmosphere. Super facilities. a huge camp kitchen with losts of space for 4 or 5 cooking at the same time, large fridge space. we had a large shady site. quiet at night time so great sleeps here. Lovely pool that is a decent size for a swim or to sit around on the loungers.Wollies is a few mins walk. great cycly path up to Mission beach to the cafes, markets etc. highly reccommended. very windy road out north so take care.

Its a nice caravan park to have a nice holiday in paradise, or a home for seasonal worker like me.
The amenities are very good, the bathrooms and the kitchen are always clean.
The kitchen is well equipped, and has to fridges for the guests.
The owners are very nice and have always a open ear for your questions.
If the weather is nice the management will light up the pizza oven (byo pizza), so a fresh nice tuna pizza is not a problem anymore. 👌
I really enjoyed my time over here and reccomend this place a lot.

The park is relatively small, but staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Amenities were clean and well maintained. The park is central to the Mission Beach area, with Woolies just down the road. Traffic noise was minimal, sites were compact but adequate for our 17foot van. The camp kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Pool was clean and cool. Well done!

Relaxed atmosphere with lovely pool.
Very social and is encouraged by owners. Pizza oven operates weekly and patrons are encouraged to byo pizza to be cooked.
Most helpful staff.
Amenities clean and well kept.
Amazing massage therapist available on site!

Very nice place to stay. Friendly hosts and we'll kept grounds. Cabin was clean and well equipped. Pool gym and a pizza oven to use also. Quiet and close to supermarket and shops. Will stay here again and recommend others to as well

Great camp kitchen
Great lounge room and TV with a good selection of gymnasium equipment air-conditioned clean & tidy vasilities, friendly and helpful staff, 5 minute walk to Woolies and shops would definitely stay again.

This Caravan park has more features than most other BIG parks and not to mention $30 a night where others were $40 plus.
All new amenities,massive kitchen with many new gas BBQ's,Gym,TV & games room,swimming pool and a Pizza oven.
We parked up with motor home and stayed two nights.Sites are smallish but ample with a concrete slab but other areas would accommodate larger rigs.
Owners are so so friendly and helpful, just good to stay in a family run park.
We will definitely stay on our return trip and I would stay here for a week without second thoughts.
Also conveniently situated to Woolies, hotel and a short 10 min walk to the beach.

Absolutely beautiful park,so clean and tidy. Facilities are spotless,all staff are very pleasant. I honestly can't find one bad thing to say about this place.

No refund when I left early, for health reasons, and none was expected BUT, upon returning, they remembered me and gave me credits for unused nights! I have NEVER experienced that anywhere in Australia!!!!! And they are beautiful people who own and run the park. The prices are, truly, great. It's now on my favourite lists, and deservedly so! 🤗

Great place to stay!! Everything is very clean and neat, pool is wonderful and the owners are very very friendly! We didn't feel like customers but more like personal guests. Best camp site we've visited on our trip from Brisbane to cairns.

Well presented on arrival. New, clean and tidy. A well planned caravan park with helpful and friendly staff.
A Good location.
A large, clean, private pool.
Pizza oven , gym, clean and tidy kitchen area with kettle, toaster and sinks, a lounge room common area with a relaxed feel, tv and video player, book exchange and an under cover BBQ area.
Laundry was clean, modern and cheap to operate with 2 dryers and 2 washing machines.
The grounds were well maintained, green, soft grass, scattered palms and attractive; well maintained garden beds.
The showers and toilets were impressive new,clean,tiled and stylish,bright white and mirrors.
Close(easy walking distance) to Woolworths, bws, chemist, bakery and a great shop by the
name of Beach bums.

Very, very good Caravan Park. A lot cheaper than the other ones in Mission beach!! We paid 25 Dollar for a Camp site. Would recommend it to everyone. They got the Best kitchen area we have seen on our trip, top BBQs, a pool, a gymn!!!, TV room, toilets and showers like in a hotel, nice spots to camp - everything very clean. The family is very nice, they even took us for a drive to see Cassowarries after we had told them we have never seen some before. Its also a pick up destination for all the adventure tours like White Water Rafting and stuff. We had a really nice time here and can only recommend it!!!!

Great reception, ladies are very welcoming. Nice cleen park and facilities. Pool area is great, looking forward to pizza night tonight. Join kui parks and get the discount straight away. Doesnt get much better than that. Will be back.

We love Tropical Hibiscus. Been here many times. The owners are fantastic people. Great facilities. Great rates too 🙂

Terrific place to stay in, while I was at the front having a cigy I got to see a cassowary up pretty close, but the room I stayed in was so comfortable with air-conditioning, it has everything a tourist like myself needed ,thank you Tropical Habiscus for making me feel so comfortable on my stay. Definitely I would like to stay again when I'm visiting Mission Beach.

Friendly staff, nice common areas, bbq and good kitchen.

Great place to stay. Michelle at reception what a nice lady. The sites are a bit tight but all in all value for money and great happy hour with everyone.

Gret park . Tight sights but manager put us on 2 sights for no extra cost and allowed us to park our trailer on another unused sight for no extra cost. Exceptional . Highly recommend.
