Very helpful and friendly staff. I went to get my baby passport photos taken and complete my application. All very seamless and incredibly helpful!

There's two staff we have dealt with who have been phenomenal. One had helped take my passport photo and the other tried to help with what points of ID I need for a new passport application. Because all my belongings were stolen, I barely had anything but they tried to help me where they could and were very informative of the entire process. We appreciate how friendly they are even when they're so busy all the time. Good job!

I actually love the staff at this post store. They are fun and unique. In particular there are a couple of ladies (one who calls you Darl - she’s fabulous ) and an Asian gentleman who are just so lovely funny and have the best vibes. Super chill and helpful.

I’d specifically like to give 5stars for Vina’s customer service. She’s always a delight to deal with and is always radiating positivity and is so helpful! If you’re lucky enough to be served by her, I have no doubt you’ll come away having had a great experience!

Could definately use some more staff but David and Bertie were so helpful and patient with me trying to post numerous presents to different locations. Felt like good old fashioned service and gave me confidence I got the most cost effective options.

Raj helped me out so much with organising my passport and a new photo as another post office took the wrong ones, everyone at the smith street office was super friendly and helpful!

Staff was super helpful with our long-winded request. They even helped by printing a document for us, which was above and beyond what we could have expected. Can't fault these folks + super friendly, too!
