This is my worst experience I have ever had on the phone. I was gifted a floor scrubber from GBCS. I own a cleaning business in Perth. I rang them I wanted to buy some products and equipment. The man who answered I could barely hear him and asked if he could speak up a little. He put the phone down on me. I'm think was that an accident or deliberate? So I rang back and when he answered again I asked if he put the phone down on me, he did it again. I just could believe this. Tried to call back but he blocked me. Now understand I hadn't bought any thing yet I just could get past the introduction. I got someone else to ring she did manage to get though but she too struggled to saying he had a heavy accent and suggested they have someone else man the phone cos clearly he's the wrong person for the job. So I'm left hanging. I have sent an email and no one has contacted me.
