Chanel and Con from Rebel Northland are truly amazing! I went in with my friend who was needing help buying shoes. Both Chanel and Con acknowledged us straight away despite the busy night they were having. Such lovely and helpful staff.

Very nice staff and friendly service all good people as well I recommend alot of people to go there all the time me and my wife like coming to shop some times well done to you all and all the best for the future as well keep up the great work

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever come across this afternoon. The young lady that assisted me ( I believe her name was Deanna) was so on point with checking for sizes at other stores to even trying on the jacket herself to help me gauge for size as it was a gift.
Everything she did was effortless & friendly with genuine kindness.

If you’re looking for runners in north lane, seek out Carl! I’m 30, by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. Don’t go to athletes foot, or the others, they were no help. Carl gave me advice on being a beginner runner, what I need to do, and showed me best runners suited for me. (Didn’t go straight for top of the line) thanks Carl, legend

Staff helpful and polite.

So impressed with the staff! I had to exchange an item, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful (ie they literally went through unopened stock boxes to get me the size I was after). They were all very friendly and had a great attitude. Despite being very busy they all were very patient and made me feel like there was no rush.

I did find what we where looking for. Staffs were extremely helpful, coming up to us and asking whether we needed any help.
Good experience all together.

Today i had to sort out a problem with a purchase i made at Christmas time. All the Staff were lovely but Georgia was just amazing. That lovely girl went above and beyond and I'm so thankful for her help. It's almost unheard of to get such Customer Service these days but "Rebel Sports" you should be so proud of all your staff. Thanks again Georgia. 😊

My brother and I spoke to James today. We purchased some shoes and shorts and he was super helpful and polite. Offered some great options and made us both really happy with our purchase.

walked in today to purchased a swimming cap along with swimming ear plugs. the moment we walked in we were greeted by sales person jacob his customer service skills 10/10 very helpful and kind..keep it up :)

I visited the store to get some runners for my son, I was greeted by one of the staff members who was very knowledgeable and recommended one to suit my needs, the price is acceptable compared to the quality and durability of the shoes. The store is very well presented and well kept.

Friendly staff, larger store with plenty of regular stock and good prices. Kids loved the enclosed play area to practise their soccer skills.

The perfect customer service. When I entered the store, there staff quickly welcomed me in the store and I told them all the things that I need. They gave me all the things I needed with no headache. Great work

Spoke to Ben who gave me some great advice and suggestions. Answered my questions and helped me walk out with a pair of shoes and some other items that I was really satisfied with. Great shopping experience.

As a former rebel employee i was very impressed with the quick "how are you today?" from 3 staff members, and even more impressed when they didnt hound me for a sale. Very nicely sized and layed out store.

Went in for a pair of futsal shoes and walked out with a pair of futsal shoes. I unfortunately forgot the name of the bloke that served be but he was very knowledgeable on which ones to get.
