I found out about Top3 by design through a friend. Before lockdown I was able to physically shop at the Richmond store & was impressed by the variety & uniqueness of the goods in store. I have since bought several items online 3 times. I had trouble signing in but after talking with Anu it was easily sorted out. I love my purchases, was happy with the service & appreciated the contact from Teri regarding a delay in delivery. I love the items I bought as they are practical but distinctive to what you see in upmarket stores. Excellent customer service - I really appreciated it.

I was dealing with Elle at Top3 By Design Richmond. She was a breath of fresh air. Such a bright bubbly personality to deal with over this lockdown time. It was always such a pleasure to chat with her. She was extremely helpful and I look forward to dealing with her in the future. Top3 By Design are very lucky to have her. (I did ask her if she was an owner given her high level of customer service - she is not).

Absolutely love this place. Think of it like Toys R Us but for design-aware adults. From the smallest trinkets to large pieces, all with unique design flair. Highly recommended coming past here after you've bought your furniture from up the road to "finish" your room.
