Enjoyed meeting the father, Sam, after spending a quiet half hour on my own, trying a range of mattresses on display. I appreciated not being 'helped' until I was ready to ask and listen. I enjoyed learning about a family business that truly knows mattresses and whose owners provided me with mattress 'education' and relevant options. I'll be back with more home measurements, to buy, probably not what I expected when I first walked in, but instead something less expensive and just as comfortable and strong, that I expect to meet my needs and preferences really well. Recommend highly. Worth taking time to visit either store.

Incredible customer service from Matt in getting the right bed to me. After living in the US it's so refreshing to receive the Australian level of customer service and the extra above and beyond. Now I just can't wait to be back home and sleep on my beautiful new bed!

Just had our king mattress, frame and bedhead delivered. Customer service & communication was great. Delivery was done outside of business hours and they even helped us take the mattress upstairs. Very happy and will buy again!

amazing customer service. Been looking at other places for the same/similar bed frame and they were horrible to deal with and never ended up getting back to me.
