Plush Think Sofas

This is the second couch I’ve bought from Plush (the first lasted 10 years, several interstate moves & pets). Both couches have been awesome, and the customer service at Plush is exceptional. Shawn from the Richmond store was lovely, super helpful and knew everything about the products.

Alex from the Bridge Road, Richmond store was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable regarding the fabrics and style of couches that we were after.

She knew when to assist and when to just let us browse and experiment with all the different fabric swatches on offer.

Alex went out of her way to understand our needs and help us make the best decision for our home.

Thank you for making our shopping experience so pleasurable. We are very happy with the couches we bought and will definitely shop there again. We highly recommend Alex and the Plush team.

My experience with Richmond Plush can only be described as fantastic. Maxine was great to deal with from my decision making, ordering, and following through with any delivery enquiries. She was knowledgable with her advice on the leather choices, as well as very knowledgable about what furniture would fit within my measurements. Delivery was delayed by a few weeks due to customs (nothing to do with Plush), but once advised on a date and time, it was delivered exactly when I was told it would be. Thank you to the team at Plush Richmond.

We Walked into the Richmond store and was warmly greeted by Tim. Tim was so attentive, extremely helpful and a true Legend. His knowledgeable experience with the extensive range of products was outstanding and impressive. He let us look at the sofas in our own time and was not pushy or rushing with the sale process. We went in looking at two particular models and walked out purchasing something completely different and opposite to what we had in mind, but we are extremely happy with our item of choice.

Amazing experience at Plush Richmond with Frank assisting us. We moved 5 ottomans of various sizes around the store to get the perfect match.

Amazing and exceptional customer service I have had from Frank and Karen. I walked into the store to buy a sofa which I’d like to put it into my new place. I had no idea what to buy and I AM CAUGHT IN INDECISIVE. Fran and Karen has nominated my sofa design and colour with 100% satisfaction, which would suit my place. Exceptional customer service from Ethan! We visited the store last Sunday to choose a replacement for the sofa we purchased in June 2020. Unfortunately, we’ve had an unsatisfactory time dealing with the customer care team and it has taken almost 8 months for our warranty claim to be rectified. We are pleased that Plush have offered us a full replacement of the sofa.
Ethan straight away remembered us from June last year. Amazing memory! He even remembered the finer details of our lounge room layout and the obstacles we had to overcome with furnishing the room. He was incredibly understanding of everything we had been through with the customer care team and gave us the best service when choosing our replacement sofa. He listened to what we did and did not want in a sofa and found us the perfect fit.
We can’t thank Ethan enough for turning what has been an unpleasant 8 months of waiting and dealing with Plush, into such a positive experience in the showroom.

Excellent service! My partner and I entered the showroom with a vague interest in purchasing a sofa and walked out with clear knowledge about our options. Frank was wonderfully charismatic and very helpful, he went above and beyond. We also spoke with Boston on the telephone and he was also very pleasant and resolved my queries. As a young couple who felt overlooked when shopping elsewhere, we really appreciated the time and effort. We look forward to lounging on our new sofa :)

The staff and service at Plush Richmond as well as their online and phone customer service consultants have been fantastic. I got a quote from Megan B and she was very helpful and answered all my questions. I most recently had some questions about delivery and help explaining the sales order and I spoke to the lovely Lan over the phone who put me in touch with Frank at Plush Richmond who was extremely helpful and friendly. I can't wait for my sofa to arrive and I will be purchasing again.

My partner and I have been thinking about upgrading our sofa for a while. During a trip to Melbourne we stumbled across Plush in Richmond and thought we’d have a browse. Frank from the store offered his assistance and was so friendly, helpful and patient as we made our way round the store testing sofas out. He ran us through all the customisation options and protection plans. He was just brilliant. On returning to Sydney we decided to proceed with a purchase but were still undecided about sofa colours. I emailed Frank and he was so quick to respond and extremely helpful with pictures of the colour samples and his own recommendations. Many emails later we finally made a decision and have successfully purchased 2 sofas. If it wasn’t for Frank we’d still be procrastinating. He has made us feel so at ease and confident about our purchase. Thank you so much Frank you deserve 5 stars!! And also the rest of the Richmond and Alexandria team who helped finalise the purchase. I will be recommending Plush to friends.

We had the most wonderful experience with Emma a few months ago. She was very knowledgable and friendly showing us many options and explaining everything to us. She tried very hard to find the perfect colors and set up to suit our needs and was very patient while we flipped between decisions. She made the purchasing process so easy and even offered advice on great places to refuel afterwards. 5 stars for this wonderful young lady

Excellent service right from beginning to end. We purchased our sofa and unfortunately it didn’t suit the room. Because of the 48 hour change of mind policy we were able to change our sofa. It was such a smooth process and we now finally have the new sofa to suit the room. The service provided exceeded any service we’ve had and I’d like to say thank you to Frank, Annie, Ethan and especially TIM who all were professional and friendly. Tim was our main point of contact and was just brilliant. If only every experience in purchasing something could be like this. Keep up the great work, and thank you so much for adding the final piece to our new home!

Good team leading to exceptional customer service. I showed a photo of where the couch was going to be and Ethan helped us pick the right colour tone. Frank the manager was very helpful with technicalities too and the best was when he watched over our little one while we were dicussing very important matters like leather quality! And to top this up, they gave us a good price.

Emma was fantastic to deal with. From the minute we walked in she was most patient, helpful and has an excellent knowledge of the products in store. If we ever need another sofa, we will definitely return to Plush in Richmond. A bonus is that our new purchase is being made in Australia and was able to be customised to meet our exact needs.

We purchased our new couches in mid November 2018 and Delivery was bang on the anticipated time frame despite the lead up to Christmas. Tim C was courteous and helpful yet not pushy like you would expect from a salesman. He listened to our needs and wants whilst providing advice and suggestions that gave me confidence he really does know his stuff. He then left us to make our fabric decisions until we were ready to place the order. Thanks to brilliant service from Tim C, we wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Plush Richmond again!

Our sales assistant Ethan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, providing us with various modular configurations and fabric swatch options when choosing our couch. In particular, he helped us understand the different wearing conditions of polyester and cotton fabrics; making our final decision an easy one. Without a doubt, best retail experience ever. Honestly don't ever leave google reviews but Frank deserves this.
Considering we just came out of lockdown, his spirit was higher than ever. Was genuinely surprised at how great the service was even though we were buying one of the cheapest items in the store. Didn't try to push us to buy another more expensive item or anything like that.
Was thorough with paperwork, and patient with our million questions.
