Popped in with my family about a week ago looking for a little cafe with a suburban/local feel away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads. This beauty is tucked away along a quiet backstreet which has a tonne of easy, untimed parking. We grabbed a table outside and found it easy to park our massive double pram. The service was friendly and fast. The food and coffee were just delightful and our eldest was very impressed with his babycino.

Might be the best coffee in this neighbourhood. Been to a couple of places but nothing stood out like this one!

Complimentary sparkling water (without chlorine so no tap water). Coffee was strong with a nice full body and rich taste. Honey seemed to be good quality too. 👌🏼

Great little gem cafe. It has a very local oriented vibe that appeals to me. Food was great but forgot to take more photos. The only thing I found a bit different, was the version of Okonomiyaki they have on the menu. It looks different from what I know as a dish. Their coffee is great and the food menu is well curated. Definitely, will be back for more. 😀

LOVE jerry joy so much. tucked away in the cute backstreets of the best suburb in melbs, my fave cafe. you’ll encounter the friendliest and funniest staff who are always up for a cute chat, perfect coffee, and delicious food that will cater for your dietaries (vegan/gf here, there’s always multiple options for me, five stars to the wild mushroom hash made vegan 👌🏼). they’re super dog friendly and always give my dog a cuddle (of which she is in constant and desperate need). get there asap! cannot recommend it enough!

5 stars for the vibe of the staff alone, particular the person who was waiting our table (didn’t catch their name though)! We sat inside but the outdoor area would be great on a warm day

Great little neighbourhood cafe. Their brunch menu has a little Asian twist to a mini country vibe . Really enjoyed our brunch session here as we got to try a lot of dishes from the menu. Okonomiyaki was one of my favourite dishes.

Jerry Joy’s food absolutely never disappoints, it’s also so delicious. They staff are amazing and there is a good amount of seating. It’s my go to place for a delicious Brekky/brunch.

Amazing local cafe with great vibe and food. So pleased to be back and to visit again. Wonderful welcome and service by Jack too. Yummy Turkish eggs accompanied by a batch brew. Love this place!

Hands down amazing!
Have grown up in the neighbourhood and love the old milk bar turned cafe vibe. Food is delicious, staff are just lovely! Definitely one of my favourites and it's tucked away in area in Thornbury.
It's now on my morning walk path and a great spot to finish the walk with some good food or coffee.
I've tried the Acai Bowl and the Corn and Cauliflower Fritters and they're just yummy!
P.s You get free sparkling water! 🎉

Staff were friendly and fast.
Food was excellent (highly recommend the falafel bowl), coffee was good but a little bit cold. What more could you ask for at a local cafe.

A really cute lil cafe. I don’t usually like chilli scramble but ordered it here just for something different and it’s the best chilli scramble I’ve ever had. I could honestly eat it for every meal. Great coffee too ❤☕
