Adrien is an excellent practitioner with a positive energy and a gentle soul who provides tailored Pilates instruction. The studio is a tranquil, very beautiful place for bodywork and it’s immaculate. Highly recommended.

I chanced upon Quantum Physique as I was visiting my cousin who was having a training session there. I was impressed by the quality of the facility and the trainer Adrien. He is a cool bloke and obviously very passionate at what he does. He was extremely welcoming and invited me to try some of the very sophisticated looking pilates machines. It was fun and I felt muscle pains in every inch of my body for the days to come which was a sign of an awesome workout. Free parking at the front is also worth mentioning.

This place has very nice Pilates and the colours are very vibrant and the socks are great and good pricing and this is coming from a 12 year old. My mom loves her Pilates with Adrien. 😀
