I bought a mattress today at Snooze northland. Carl served me. He was very professional and courteous. He clearly displayed his sound product knowledge which made the mattress choice very easy. You've heard of Captain Snooze...well re-name this place Captain Carl!
Bought a top-of-the-range Tempur bed base and mattress.
As well as other accessories.
Carl was super-helpful and showed me what old-fashioned salesmanship and service was all about.
And gave me such a good deal, i purchased on the spot!
Special mention also to Naf, Wayne, Moe and the two delivery/assembly guys...all working in unison, with Captain Carl overseeing the different moving parts.

A really wonderful experience shopping at Snooze Northland! The store itself is so calming (which is what you want when shopping for a bed) and Moe, Naf and Aya were so helpful and not pushy when it came to making a purchase and so patient! We could not be happier with the help we received from Moe at this store! My husband and I purchased a number of items. When we got home, we realised we had got the dimensions of our bedroom wrong, and what we ordered would not be right for the space! So we contacted the store, and Moe was only too happy to help us change everything. This involved a lot of measuring and discussing different options, and finally, putting through a complicated cancellation and new order. We felt bad for inconveniencing him, but the whole way way through, he was nothing but professional and friendly. His knowledge of the products was amazing, and we really feel like we were in safe hands. We would recommend this store to anyone.

Moe is the man you are after. Walked into the store knowing nothing about pillows and was kindly informed by Moe and his extremely professional and friendly service. We certainly felt completely looked after to an absolute tee. Whatever he is being paid it should be more.

I came in a few weeks ago for a new mattress not really knowing where to start. Matt was incredibly helpful, attentive and honest. He took the time to understand what I was after and didn't try to push me towards a more expensive mattress for the sake of it. I ended up purchasing a Sleep Tailor Silver mattress with a protector as recommended.

After going through every other bedding store in this complex he was absolutely a stand out!

Best service I’ve had ever. Carl was incredible, intelligent, allowing us time to consider our options. He knew the products inside and out, in no way talked up a brand or swayed us away from a brand. We never felt rushed and but relaxed in our decision and he attended to all our needs in relation to warranty, delivery, and any variables. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to improve the look and practicality of our purchases and checked directly if we could have made to measure components for our chosen suite. Brilliant, would travel miles for this service, minimum.

Carl was exceptionally welcoming! He has a warm, kind and honest energy about him. From the moment we walked in he was helpful, honest and genuine. His knowledge and professionalism was exceptional, Carl feels more like a friend than a sales representative. He was not pushy in any way and ensured we found the right mattress for us both. (We previously had not so great experiences in trying to buy a new mattress!) these guys were helpful, gave us time to try things without being pushy. Went into snooze yesterday. We had been looking for a mattress for a few weeks and just wanted stop into to snooze to see what they had in stock. Emily one of the sales reps in the store approached us and she was great to work with. Emily had the knowledge and softly guided through the process to a point where we had found the right mattress for myself and my wife. Emily did an excellent and would recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a mattress/bed/base.

My wife and I moved house at the start of this year and were looking to buy a new mattress and base.
After walking in to Snooze Northland as the last bedding shop in that precinct as we did not have any luck at the other shops - it felt as if the planets were aligned as we were greeted by Carl - who made the entire buying process easy and personal.
Carl has extensive knowledge of bedding but this is not his best feature - his desire for customers to be satisfied is something that others should aspire too.
His service included coming to my house on his day off to measure whether a certain bed base would fit up my narrow stairwell (it did not) - then suggesting an alternative bed base to suit our personal style and room shape and offering to return to my house (again on his day off) to remove a piece of the base so it would fit up the stairwell - THEN helped to assemble the bed base.
The mattress he suggested (Madison Times Square) is easily the most comfortable mattress my wife and I have ever slept on.
If you are looking to buy any bedding related products - you could do much worse than starting with Carl at Snooze Northland.

Carl helped us in choosing a bed for our teenage daughter. He addressed her, was very patient and went through many options. Really attentive! Carl didn’t know that we were on the lookout for a bed for ourselves. Seeing how he helped our daughter we went through the same process again. The reason was the professionalism and care, not the product which you can buy online or with a competitor. The result two king single bed with frames and a queen size bed with frame. We are all happy and sleeping well. Well done Carl!
