It's so different than the Northland shopping centre location.
They seem to have everything in stock, but best of all... you can actually find staff members to help you.

It's not busy and full of people asking questions about stuff they're probably not going to buy anyway

If at Northland, it's worth driving the 1.5km to better better service. Good Job JB HI-Fi Home! I'll keep coming here before I go to the Northland store which is a 5min walk from my house

One of the best JB Hi-Fi’s around Melbourne. Suitable location for northern suburbs. Very spacious and large store. Plenty of parking available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Most items are in-stock for online pickup.

In store shopping is easy, and home delivery even easier. Within half an hour of making my purchase my item was at my door. That has to be the fastest delivery I’ve ever experienced. Seamless online shopping, the way it should be.

Katherine was a wonderful help with buying a washing machine. Made it a very easy choice and she was very informative.
Pete was also awesome in explaining the differences between TVs, very informative and easy to understand. Would come back here and recommend to friends.

Staff were super friendly and advised me on a phone to buy. The part I liked the best was giving me the pros and cons of each handset and that they were not pushy

I want to give a HUGE, HUGE shout out to Heather at JB Preston Home for her exceptional customer service, attention to detail and product knowledge. Heather went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the TV that I was looking to buy. She was so very friendly, polite and extremely helpful and nothing was a bother to her. Heather made sure I was 100 percent satisfied with my purchase and arranged it all to be delivered with no problem at all.
Heather was so amazing! that I ended buying 5 TV's in total! That is how exceptionally happy I was with her service. It is so very rare to find this amazing customer service these days but you can find great service at JB Preston Home.

Store manager was great to deal with today. My son's Sony headphones had an issue. They were outside of warranty but she agreed to an exchange.

Great place to get your electronic. Make sure you ask for Daniel, he really looks after his customers. They also have great return policy which I like as I tend to over purchase technology which can often go out of hand. Haha.

Went in to buy a Oneblade Trim BodyShaver Clip and ended up finding out how to mod a Ps Vita 2000 and playing on the demo switch, best jbhifi I’ve ever been to and the worker was an absolute legend and knew everything about tech to a tee

Oh I love leaving feedback when it's positive and I've had nothing but the best from JB Hi-Fi, Preston.

Not only did Kelly help and old lady grab an uber when the taxi they requested just didn't show up, Kelly then helped me grab s free Google products during the last 10min before closing time AND Kelly did so with a smile on her face.

Then when I found another product I was after instead and Kelly had gone to the back, Heather stepped in to help out like a proper mate/team player would, contacted Kelly on the radio so she wouldn't have to go back and forth twice, I got what I needed, few min to spare before closing time BOOM solid team effort here an JB Hi-Fi, Preston aaand the most important but of this positive experience... Heather was glad to do it. Bless!
