I recently ordered some colour samples from Par Taps, in preparation for our new house build. I tested the finishes heavily, scratching them with jewellery, kitchen implements and cleaning products. The living finish samples we ordered performed significantly higher than a number of other samples from other companies. This, the fact that the Tapware is Australian made and highly sustainable and the first class customer service is why we'll be happily supporting Par Taps when we purchase.

If your in the market for tapware, you can't go past Par Taps, they have styles to meet all tastes that come in a huge range of finishes. We chose the Tudor style taps in Brass Gold and they are magnificent.

Magnificent service

Wholesale only. But a decent display of good quality taps etc. And helpful solving tap-choice problems. Then the average person has to order through a retail outlet.

This would have been my second purchase from Par Taps, - but I am sick of the confusion and lies with pricing and the time it takes to order products because they all have to be sent away for chroming after being ordered. This time I was matching hob spouts to match the spa hob spout that I waited 2 months to get the product. This time I wanted 4 spouts for basins, and called for a price to be told it was $88.10 inc GST, then Tradelink Penrith called to get their price and told me it was $90.10 - on ordering the following day through Tradelink Castle Hill, they called PAR Taps and came back to me with $175 a spout. How can different sales people in one manufacturer come up with vastly different stories? Perhaps they make them up on the spot. I would not purchase Par Taps unless you have 2 mths up your sleeve min, and double your budget.
