Saya quality of work and professionalism is outstanding. She is highly experienced and did an excellent job making my Mother of Groom’s dress. She is very reasonably priced and very & reliable. I’m so glad I found her & I highly recommend her to others.

I am so very pleased I did my research and came across Saya’s little alteration shop. Being new to the area, I wasn’t sure where to go with my expensive clothing pieces. I took a total of 5 dresses (including silk dresses) and a denim jacket to be tailored, taken up and repaired. Upon arrival Saya’s immediate warm and welcoming presence was calming and reassuring. I tried on all the pieces and we went through each piece in detail. Saya’s wonderful customer service even extended to taking each piece from me after trying it on in the change room to fold neatly and make notes. A week later everything was ready! After inspection, I could not tell where the garments had been altered or repaired. Saya is meticulous in her work. I will absolutely be going back and have recommended her services to everyone I know! I will also add being a fashion industry professional myself, Saya’s work is of the highest quality. Trust in Saya!

I dropped a vintage dress for alterations (take in waist and sleeves), was told it would take a week, when I went back to collect it only the sleeves had been done, and they appeared to have been washed during the process, making them a lighter shade to the rest of the dress, but she denied washing them despite them clearly being a different colour. I was then told it would be another 3 days wait for the rest of the alterations to be done and had to haggle to try and get them done sooner. Very disappointed as I was hoping for an awesome local dress repairer!
