After being dumped by the ex-Conveyancer one day before the settlement, causes inconvenience for me, as the Vendor, the Real Estate agent and the purchaser, not only Kim is quick to get on my case but also get everything done in 2 days which is unheard of from my experience dealing with many Conveyancers. I decided to find someone local to take care of our conveyancing. My husband and I had not purchased a home before so we weren't to sure of the process. I thought at first that the bank would know what to do and I would take my lead from them. This turned out to be the worst decision that I could have made, the bank my error after error with advice and the next step. If it wasn't for Kym, I would have pulled out of purchasing. She was the one who knew what and when to do something not the bank. They caused chaos and fear and Kym was the one holding me together. Not only she is very knowledgeable but she is quick and just "GETS IT DONE". I can highly recommend her she has given me peace of mind.

❌❌❌❌❌. AVOID THIS WOMEN. She is the absolute worst conveyancer we have dealt with. You have been warned. A of these reviews are complete fakes! She is unprofessional misleading and untrustworthy. We have had to switch conveyancer mid purchase as she's not following up on important information that needs to be transferred, not answering emails, copying and pasting emails from the other party.
STAY AWAY!! She also cost my sister and brother in-law over 4k due to something she missed on the contract. This woman needs to be reported! 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫.... P.S NO... this is NOT spam I'm a real paying customer and your service is 2/10 at best. Learning to copy and paste is not considered a professional. AVOID!! **Update 12/4/24 Cleary I'm not spam and people are marking this as helpful and know how bad your service is, this is not spam!!!!
