Northside Psychology

I highly recommend this place. I was recommended to see Emma by a friend and have felt very safe and comfortable. EMDR has helped my anxiety so much and have noticed so much benefit from the sessions!

I have been to a few psychologists before Northside and i never really felt comfortable, i would give up on it. I was referred to Emma 4 years ago and been a client ever since. She has an amazing ability to make you feel comfortable safe and able to full talk about everything that you may be facing. She is incredibly supportive and goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are well cared for and receiving the best therapy there is. The facilities are always spotless clean, smells amazing every time you walk in the door, making you feel at ease straight away. If you are looking for a new therapist then this is definitely the place for you. If i could give it 100 stars i would.

Ben has helped me immensely through some of the most difficult times of my life. He is kind, caring and professional. He is the best psychologist I’ve ever worked with.

I wrote about my personal experience with Emma, but then she proceeded to call me, and email me, essentially gaslighting my experience.

I am a queer, non-binary person with complex mental and physically health issues. I do no recommend Emma if you have fall under any of these categories.

Also Emma, should you choose to contact me again (despite me asking for you not to), I will be making a formal complaint. You are in a position of power and how you handled this situation is unprofessional and appalling.
