First time attending this clinic I found on Google. Receptionist were really lovely. Doctor was running promptly on time, only waited 1min before being called in. Doctor Jo-Anne was professional and caring, and took the time and patience to explain and answer my questions. Overall was a lovely experience in all aspects of the clinic, and every staff member I encountered was polite. Had no issues compared to some of the previous reviews. Would recommend.

Fit in a same day booking. New patient forms were straightforward. Barely sat down and the doctor was ready to see me. Not sure if i got lucky this particular day, but the reception staff are friendly and the service was efficient. Thank you team.

The reception were very welcoming, super helpful and well informed.

My wife and I did not have to wait long, and the doctor we met with was so sweet and lovely.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for years & have nothing but great things to say. Reception staff are lovely, wait times are minimal & doctors are super thorough. Shoutout to Josh, who I’ve dealt with over the phone and in person a couple of times, such a friendly face at reception & makes the whole experience feel seamless & enjoyable.

I wanted to extend my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care and support Dr. Fang Wang provided during my recent visits to Box Hill Superclinic. His professionalism, patience, and kindness made a significant difference in my experience. His willingness to go above and beyond to help was truly remarkable. I have been attending this clinic from years. Receptionist very polite and exceptional customer service. Special thanks to Dr Syeda Sabiha she is our family doctor. She is very professional, polite and knowledgable she always listen to your say with patience and genuinely concern about your well being. She never rush to out you from door.Always on time, minimal waiting time

Josh is a very lovely receptionist, incredibly helpful and incredibly friendly. The clinic always does the best by their patients and it’s a pleasure to visit when needing support with my health care.

I came here twice, the clinic is very clean and neat. Dr Fang Wang is very nice and patient, he answered all our questions and gave us some practical advices. Ann from the front desk is also super friendly.

I visited Dr Fang Wang at this clinic and he is by far the most professional and thorough GP that I have visited. He is that good, I followed him from his previous practice which is 5km away. He usually runs on time (which is more than I can say about some GP's) and has the option of face-to-face or telehealth appointments. I always feel like my health is in good hands with Dr Wang.

Been seeing Dr. Fang Wang for several years now, his consultations have always been efficient and effective. Was seeing him at another clinic prior to him coming to this one.

The few times I've come to the clinic have been a pleasant experience, although the underground carpark is a bit tight to drive through.

I have been going to Box Hill SuperClinic for over 9 years now and have seen exceptional Customer Service, follow up is second to none, staff are overly friendly and most importantly they do their utmost to get you in to see your Dr even though they have a full book for the day.

Dr Joel, whom I have been seeing all this time is excellent, always on time, is never in a rush to walk you out the door, listens to what you have to say and is genuinely concerned about your well-being.

My Partner has also been a patient of Box Hill SuperClinic for just as long as I have and frequently shares her positive experiences with the Clinic in general and her Dr.

Have also found the Clinic to be an all in one with mental health services, pathology, general practice, amongst others, making the visit quite comfortable and convenient.

The centre is also very clean and having its own underground car park and a Chemist are add ons that you don't find elsewhere.

A huge well done team.

I have always been well looked after by the receptionist Josh, who is always friendly and very helpful in organising my appointments.
I see Dr Michele Lim who has also always looked after me, addressed my healths concerns and provided appropriate referrals.

On my son’s progress. It was a Saturday and very difficult to find a doctor open so a big relief to find this place.

The lady Joanne at the reception is very kind and friendly to help answer all the questions. It's very clean and neat at clinic as I can see the reception staff wiped down all the surfaces at opening time. They kindly remind people to wear masks. I feel safe and comfortable to attend the clinic.

Dr Fang Wang is always very efficient and attentive in helping his patients. The receptionists like Anj also make it a pleasure to visit the clinic!

Well organised GP clinic, friendly receptionist, doctors and nurses, would reccommend any last minute appointments.

Dr Michele Lim (GP & skin specialist, dermatologist etc) is FANTASTIC! I worry about my skin checks but Dr Lim’s calm, friendly, professional & caring manner always puts me at ease. Her knowledge, attention to detail & skill when treating skin issues /skin cancer diagnosis etc is wonderful. I would highly recommend Dr Michele Lim for your annual skin check & any follow up treatments etc required. 🥰
