Got served by a wonderful lovely woman yesterday! I wish I could remember her name I think she said Tam. What a legend! We also signed up for membership and she helped us with an ottoman.

My mum and I visited the lovely Preston store today to collect some pillowcases on hold. Ended up buying a few other items as well! Excellent, friendly and helpful service was shown by both April and Charlotte. Many thanks to you both.

I was served by Adriana and she was an amazing help. I knew I needed a more supportive pillow for my aching neck and she helped me find the perfect one within budget. She let me test a few in store and knew exactly what type of pillow I needed for how I slept. I cannot recommend her and this store enough. Thank you so much for you help!
