My wife had boot issues with her custom ski boots made elsewhere in 2019 and we came to Kai for advice. He was very friendly and professional and we were so impressed by his thoughtful assessment of the problem. Got us sorted out in the end and cannot recommend him highly enough.

The best ski shop on the hill. Wasted lots of time in another shop at Hotham Central before Jimmy sorted my boot issue properly. Even coming in on a day off to make sure everything was perfect. You can see why the pros come here.

Nothing was too hard and their advice was great. Having gone through other places previously - it was refreshing to experience this level of personal service. The best hire shop at Hotham by far.

Best on Hotham, no question. I've frequently had skis mounted, waxed, sharpened by Jimmy, Kye, and the boys, and the service is exemplary. You want the people looking after your gear, and fitting your boots to live and breathe riding, which is what you get with the Tirol crew. + You won't deal with the crowds or lack of personalised service of the bigger rental chains

Hagen was incredibly welcoming and made our first hour at Hotham so exciting. He catered to our every need and provided genuinely attentive service to each of us even with others in line. Will never hire from anywhere else.

Hagen and Lissie were fantastic. Very helpful for first time skiers, full of useful advice and careful about choosing the most appropriate equipment for each skill level. They ensured the equipment hire process was a fun and stress free experience for the whole family with lots of laughter. They also matched the price another ski shop were offering and were prepared to drop off pick up equipment wherever we were staying. I felt Hagen genuinely cared about doing everything in his power to make our ski holiday fabulous.

I don't know too much about skiing...... but this was not an issue with these guys. As soon as I walked in they were super friendly and could sense my nervousness. Getting the gear was pain free and didn't cost as much as I thought it would. There were other customers in the shop who looked to know a lot more about it all than me who seemed relaxed too, which was a good sign. Thanks guys, made my ski experience fun! Strongly recommend

Hagen and the really friendly team at Tirol Sports were awesome and fully kitted out our whole group at a really good price. Having been to quite a number of hire places both on Hotham and elsewhere, these guys are the best ones I have been to by far.

The team at Tirol really know there stuff! they go above and beyond to fit everyone out with their gear. They're super friendly, professional and so passionate with what they do (they do it so well!) Hagen and Lissi are the nicest people you'll ever meet! No need to go anywhere else for your gear, pop in to Tirol Sports, Lvl 1 at the Arlberg! you won't regret it :)

Highly recommend the team here. They are super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They will fit you to what you need and deliver them to your door anywhere in the mountain.
I would only use these guys for ski hire at Hotham.

Hagen and the team at Tirol Sports at Hotham are experts in their field. I went in there today to get an adjustment to my bindings as my heel was coming loose. Hagen was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within 5 minutes. He was also able to educate me around things such as DIN settings. Highly recommended that you go to these guys as your one-stop shop if coming up to Hotham this season.

If you are at Hotham make sure you drop into Tirol Sports (located in the Arlberg) for any snow gear, they do hire or retail. Hagen and Lis are in the know, offer friendly service, great advice and are willing to help with anything. Best service on the hill for sure!
