I personally get along great with all staff members and I have never had to wait to long for my medication.

They have a fantastic friendly team who really know what they are talking about.

And this is the only chemist in the area that has very long opening hours including being open on most public holidays.

Went today with a very sore eye, was treated with tremendous kindness and got immediate relief with the product recommended by the female pharmacist. I've always liked this pharmacy and I note that there is new management, just as good in my opinion.

I recently went in to ask for help finding a testing site, as I went to the wrong pathology lab next door. The assistants were very helpful and I was totally stressed out and probably a pain to deal with. Thank you both( and the testing site was off Gaffney Street, next to the Lake Reserve Park)

Extremely rude and unprofessional counter staff. Are many chemists around - can spend my money elsewhere!!! Staff should take customer service courses or personality training. Terrible. Felt like leaving the items on the counter and walking off.

Very convenient location, with the medical centre being upstairs, you get to see the doctor and then purchase the prescription medication straight after your visit if it's within the opening hours, they also sell cosmetics, fragrances, over the counter medication and lollies.
