Allison Browning Therapies

I have been coming to see Allison for massage, counselling and healing work and also skin treatments. I wasn't sure what to expect at first. I chose Allison because she had excellent reviews. I now understand why and I wanted to share my own experience.

Firstly, Allison knows her stuff. She is an encyclopedia of knowledge. Plus she genuinely cares. I felt safe and confident after that first visit and since then I've felt really supported in all ways. No matter whether I come in for body work or healing or for a follow up skin treatment I leave feeling so relaxed and balanced and I've been super impressed by how visible the results have been with my skin. If you do have to wait to get into see her she's totally worth it!

If you want a therapist that know's their stuff, look no further! Allison's understanding of skin is impressive. When I first came to Allison for treatments I was a little bit nervous but what I loved about my treatment is that I was able to ask questions and felt at ease to do so. Allison also went out of her way to look at the 'why' of things. We chatted about my diet and stresses and life influences and how these impact on my skin. It was super relaxing but also seemed targeted at the main things I talked to her about. My skin felt awesome afterward.

Allison put together a skin program for me in the session and already I'm seeing the results, it's great! Inspired by my skin treatment I booked in for another treatment, a holistic healing session combined with massage. This is something you need to experience for yourself, really. I felt very balanced after it, it was both relaxing and enlightening to say the least! You can tell that Allison is truly passionate and this is definitely reflected in not only the treatments I've had but the connection that was established during.

Allison has achieved some incredible results with my skin and only after a handful of visits so far. I came across Allison after seeing photos of the results she had achieved and all of the fantastic reviews she had. I was so excited to make an appointment with her and I'm so glad I did! I have been seeing Allison for my brows and more recently skin treatments for about a year and cannot imagine seeing anyone else. I'm someone who often changes service providers but I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my skin/beauty needs. Allison genuinely wants to make me look my best but is also understanding of finances and not at all pushy. She's also just really talented at what she does, has an eye for what you need and what suits you plus she's is a lovely person.

My appointments with Allison have been an absolute dream. I've visited for both brows and for a facial - both experiences have been amazing. It's apparent she's committed serious time and energy to mastering her crafts, though I'm particularly chuffed with how freaking amazing my skin feels after just one facial as I've had some frustrating skin challenges this past year. I know I probably shouldn't, but I keep running my finger along my skin and smiling!

I’ve come to Allison for both aesthetic treatments and holistic treatments over the years and I have to say her knowledge in all the modalities she offers is impressive. I think the thing I love most is that I feel like I’m in really safe hands. Whether it’s skin treatments, eyebrows, or the healing sessions, Allison always creates a calm environment to relax in, and she makes the time for me to ask questions and to pick her brain in my sessions. Over the years I’ve come for brows, skin therapy and holistic sessions and all on counts I feel empowered and clear (and I look pretty great too) when I leave!

Allison is a warm and welcoming therapist that gave me my first ever brow treatment. I was so happy with the results. She understood the right shape and definition for my face and the brow &eye tint really brightened my eyes. It wasn't too much and wasn't too little. Just a nice natural outcome. I will be returning to her again!

I have been seeing Allison for a number of years for skin treatment and waxing. I cannot recommend her services highly enough. I recently took my teenager daughter to see Allison. My daughter was experiencing an outbreak of severe acne which was impacting on her self esteem and confidence. Allison showed such sensitivity towards my daughter which caused all of her anxiety over the treatment to completely evaporate. I cannot thank Allison enough for all that she has done for my daughter and I. I cannot recommend Allison Browning Therapies highly enough.

I have always been a little wary of receiving facials as I have sensitive, rosacea skin and have often come away from past treatments with skin more irritated than before i went in. Alison's wholistic approach to skincare is refreshing and her knowledge and approach are comforting and professional. What I was most surprised by is Allison's care doesn't just stop after the treatment is completed, any concerns are met with a well informed email or chat. Alison truly cares about her client's skin and wellbeing. As a new client of Alison's i am hoping to make her a regular part of my skincare routine. My skin is starting to feel comfortable again and I believe under Alison's care it can only improve. i just wish I had heard of her sooner.

I have always looked after my skin from the inside out, having done lots of work on my gut and made food and lifestyle changes this all made inroads to helping my skin, but I never knew what to do about working my skin from the outside in, I just looked lost in Priceline and never wanted to invest in better products because I didn't know which ones to get. Enter Allison, she nailed my topical skin care and worked her products into what I was already doing, the congestion and scarring in the lower part of my face starting clearing up in the first week of using it, I have never had a result like this before, she knew exactly what my skin needed and gave it the right ingredients to function better and clear up. Im looking forward to going deeper with her :)

Allison is simply amazing! I started going to ABT for massages many years ago & without question she is the best massage therapist I've ever had. Her kind & understanding approach to relaxation has helped me through some very difficult times. Allison started me on a new skincare regimen about a year ago combined with facial treatments (microdermabrasion, sonophoresis & more recently dermapen for acne scarring). I'm in my 30's & my skin has never looked better. I get so many compliments now, it's really incredible!
