The car was easy to drive, lots of space, easy to clean especially if you use the carwash places, I did have previous experience in driving a smaller type European so the difference between placing blinkers and turning indicators are the opposite to Australian design.
We enjoyed our time away knowing the car was sturdy and trustworthy.

I had an extremely pleasant experience when I went to pick up my hire car. The guy was so professional, pleasant to talk to, and explained everything thoroughly. It's not often that I can say the same about other businesses. He's a valuable asset to Europcar.

Tom helped us check in and out - we hired our vehicle for 2 weeks yet he still remembered us and asked about our trip. Europcar hands down has the best customer service experience every time.

Our family cannot thank our driver Terry enough for a most touching end to our stay with family in Melbourne in January of this year 2023. We were fortunate enough to have Terry as our driver from the Europcar Melbourne Tullamarine Off Airport drop off to Melbourne airport when flying back to Brisbane. Our four children were all so quiet in the courtesy bus as they were already missing all their family they had to say good-bye to that morning. Terry was amazingly able to bring smiles back to all their faces as her talked to all our family about our stay in Melbourne and shared our mixed cultures with his background. Our children still talk about Terry and how friendly and funny he was on that trip. Terry has the ability to fully focus on his driving but also connect with customers in his courtesy bus on a very personal and friendly manner. We will be requesting Terry as our driver on our next visit to Melbourne to see family. Thank you Terry for brightening our day when departing Melbourne. Moschella Family

Our experience was 1st Class. All 3 Staff at the Desk on a busy Monday Morning were absolutely lovely.The Guy that attended to us was fairly new and the 2 ladies were Super Helpful. Nothing was a bother. Our 2019 Kia Cerato Sport+ was perfect for our Trip. After Hours drop off was easy and convenient. Highly recommended...Thank you
