Twinkle Tots

Couldn't have asked for more from Dana (and her daughter) at Twinkle Tots. Bought a high end running stroller plus a heap of accessories and had an unfortunate issue which required a replacement under warranty.

Dana was super easy to deal with, and handled the exchange with the distributor for me, which was a pain free process with no run around. Super happy with our new stroller and fantastic service from Dana that you just don't get from some of the bigger stores (or online) anymore. Shop smart, and buy local if you can. x

We went to Twinkle Tots a few weeks ago to buy a Mountain Buggy pram and bassinet. We were blown away by how great it was to shop with Dana and the team. They are really helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The value is excellent. The range is also great - we had struggled to find floor stock of a range of brands until coming across Twinkle Tots. We didn’t feel rushed even though we took like an hour pushing different prams around the shop. This is a gem of a shop. Highly recommend. Support independent sellers!

They were so helpful when I needed the advice of wooden toys. They told me that they would be closed for 4 months. Hope I can see them when they come back!

These ladies are so amazing. I rang to ask what time they were open until to buy some nappy cream today, as my husband was about 15minutes away, and they offered to stay back after closing time until he got there. How sweet! I have been going to Twinkle tots for nearly 4 years now and bought many things. Their knowledge and expertise is absolutely amazing. You guys are so wonderful and you should be so proud of building such a wonderful business with so many people who adore you both and your knowledge is exemplary. Thank you so much! When I was buying a bassinet for my baby, I was looking for a high-quality product, amazing service and short delivery time. Twinkle Tots provided all of this and much more. I was given a seamless customer experience – they went over and beyond to help me choose the right product for me and my baby, I received my bassinet in just 2 days (super-fast) and received a great product. We first visited Twinkle Tots when we were expecting our first because I thought a local store might be less of a daunting experience. This was completely true and further more the knowledge and insights that the staff provided helped us to purchase two prams that we are extremely happy with.
I returned to Twinkle Tots when I wanted to purchase a specific portable cot. Not only did they stock the exact one I wanted, which was difficult to find at a bricks and mortar store, they were more than happy to pull it out of the box and show me how it all worked. To top it off the price was super competitive so I ended up with a great customer experience and stellar price to match.
Shops like Twinkle Tots remind you of the joy of shopping in person and I will keep going back because businesses like these deserve our custom. Thanks team.

We absolutely love Twinkle Tots! They have the best selection of toys and baby gear in town! I’m one of those research moms… And everything I had researched and wanted for my first child I found when I went into Twinkle Tots for the first time! It was like stepping into my parenthood dream!

Recently my partner and I decided we needed the new pram. He had very specific needs and we wanted to test some out before we bought one because our original one was impossible to fold up and take in the car... Joe immediately knew what we needed and showed us everything, but the first model she showed us she said “this is the one you’re going to want. I’ll show you everything but I promise this is what you want.” And she was completely correct! I was so grateful she made it so easy!

We will always go to Twinkle Tots first! They’re local, care about Australian retailers, and are beyond knowledgeable and helpful! I’m so glad we live so close to them. But even if we didn’t I would drive any amount of time to go here! Highly recommended!!!

We recently had our first baby and found Dana and her staff to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were also great at cutting through all the 'noise' of overspending, suggesting that we take our time to get only the essential items and not to worry about items we might never use - which was refreshing and meant we never felt pressured to buy more. We ended up purchasing a car seat, pram and change mat at Twinkle Tots - all of which we just love (!), have gone back now a few times to get those additional items we now know we need / want and to introduce our newest family member. The staff are also lovely with offering to order in items they may not stock. We've loved shopping here, as opposed to some larger, more soulless baby stores. Highly recommend!

I love the range of major brands that Twinkle Tots stock.
We have found the prices are fantastic compared to other baby shops and we managed to purchase majority of our baby needs through the one store.
All the staff are so lovely and friendly and go out of there way to assist me with any questions I had. I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this store and I will continue to shop here!

The Ladies at Twinkle Tots are awesome. Went looking for a cot and was not expecting the huge range they had at! They were very helpful and not pushy in any way. Ended up getting a high chair as well and will never go back to the big chains. Now its more important than ever to support your local independent shops!

The ladies in that shop are so helpful.
When we had a warranty issue with it, they bent over backwards to help us get it resolved.

It’s always a treat to go to shop at Twinkle tots because of the warmth we feel from the sisters who run it. They went out of their way to help us with our pram choice, and are always helpful when we turn up needing something. We like supporting an independent shop with good service.
