Our Doctor is usually running late lol 😂 but today he was only 20 minutes late so all good 😊 He is a lovely man who is always smiling when I need to see him x

Have not been to this Medical Centre in some time due to bad reviews but was really happy to hear the business has changed hands Sue was a really nice lady to deal with and Dr Jaffar was was good to deal with glad I have come back to support a local business in Eaglehawk

I used to reluctantly attend this clinic when needed as appointments were always readily available.
Since the change of ownership the current receptionist’s are so much nicer, more professional and welcoming and the GP’s seem a lot less rushed and generally look happier. Keep up the great work guys.

Rang in the morning around 9.20 am and I immediately secured a Doctors appointment for less than 2 hours later.
Perfect Office Management.

Good service the best doctor is dr Teniola he always listens to you and give you great advice. Bobby is great doctor too.

Dr John Boby Kizhakoot Francis was able to see me on short notice on a Saturday when I couldn’t wait until Monday for my usual GP. Bulk billed with a healthcare card. I was extremely appreciative to be seen on a Saturday for my basic but time sensitive health issue. Receptionist was a kind and patient woman too. Will keep this clinic in mind for time sensitive weekend appointments

I felt nothing but relieved, heard, cared for and trusted in the hands of this beautiful lady. I have found the reception staff are very friendly , helpful and prompt.
The doctors are excellent and the Eaglehawk medical centre is situated at an easy accessable excellent location.
I highly recommended.

Called to make an appointment and was met over the phone by a lovely receptionist (Julie). She was very helpful and accommodating got everything sorted for me in a timely manner. Much better than the previous appointments I have made in the past with other reception staff.
