The food was fresh and super delicious! 😁 Staff and service was friendly and I definitely will be coming back! Also the in house chilli oil is so tasty, not very spicy at all but very delicious.

Go China bar when you can't decide what to eat. Never be disappointed.

I love the Chicken and Cashews with vegetables. It reminds me of a dish my Grandfather ordered for me as a teenager and I hadn’t had it for almost 20 years after his passing. The staff are very friendly and efficient, even when busy they are never grumpy or rush you. Great for takeaways and they have cash only set meals daily which are a bargain. Highly recommend this location over the CBD ones.

We love the Crispy pork fried rice and Sweet Sour Pork, delicious! The place is open until late, be aware of surcharge after 12am. Staffs are friendly and the place is clean too. The best is to park your car in Box Hill Central. Overall, hungry? Get your supper here!

Amazing food. We ordered chicken fried rice. It's a lot and easily a portion for two and it was great. Garlic prawn spring rolls were like so crunchy and yummy. They stood out of all the dishes and a must eat fish at every visit. Seafood soup is something I did not like and my fried ordered prawn fried rice. I highly recommend ordering your fried rice spicy and you shall be eating food sitting at the doors of heaven. We also ordered some seafood noodles which was good.

My go to place for meals when I was living in Box hill. Big menu (I found items that are no longer available in the CBD one), food quality is quite stable, pretty fast serving. Friendly staff, I highly recommend you won’t regret

Open till late. Food is very yummy and not too pricey. Generous servings. Parking is terrible though. Worth the visit.

Best haianese chicken! Tender juicy chicken, rice is actually very fragrant and the side sauce is perfection.

I’ve eaten a lot of lemon chicken in my life and this was hands down the best I’ve ever had! Lovely service too.

If you are hungry and it is late at night and lazy to cook, this could be your life saver. It opens till 2am every day

Narrow restaurant plenty of seating. The restaurant is a hive of activity no matter the amount of dinner's in the restaurant the service is exceptional from the greeting making you feel welcome to being seated ordering was unusual, ordering pads with your table number all you do is write the order down on the pad by using the corresponding meal numbers by how many the staff collect the order and while you wait which is not long you can have a chat. Then the food arrives and the wait is worth it the food is so full of flavour and plentiful it satisfies from start to finish. The crispy pork is crispy and delicious. The BBQ pork is full of flavour. Steamed pork dumplings wow. Mongolian beef heart warming and filling. Oh and the lemon chicken crispy fried chicken with a lemon sauce absolutely perfect.

Great place for a genuine feel of Hong Kong right down to the uncles serving us at the laminated tables.

After many years living in Hong Kong and Singapore, you get used a style of restaurant and the taste of the food. China Bar took me back to my early days in HK with authentic hole in the wall cuisine.

The main difference here o Asia was the quality of the ingredients. May not be high cuisine, but it's a fabulous place to take the family.
