Shell Coles Express Keilor Park

Got a great deal today with all deals at Shell Coles express. Yadav explained really well.

Always lovely staff with good maners and
open to conversation when not busy.

Very friendly service. Well stocked.

Diesel was the cheapest around at the time of purchase, not too busy petrol station so can walk out quick, friendly customer service. Well maintained facilities.

The staff used to be great about a year ago but now with the exception of one woman who is friendly, it's gone downhill. Don't get coffee anymore as machines are not reliable. Rather pay extra and go to Maccas next door. Fuel is always expensive.

Fix the coffee machines! They are dirty most of the time, not maintained and for the last two days, broken! Also, if it needs milk and there is a queue in front of the almost working machine, then hurry up and change it! A young male took an eternity to replace the milk. I walked out.

Everybody makes mistakes.
But PLEASE, do not run after customers after they have already started their car and began moving to accuse them for stealing fuel when they did not even use the pump.

While you did this you left the store unattended where anybody could have walked in and stole anything.

Staff member Hassan was very rude and unprofessional in providing his customer service, his abrupt behaviour and the way he has spoken to me was appalling. I am very disappointed and this will be the last time I visit Coles Express Keilor Park Drive. I would rate his customer service zero out of ten.

Don't buy coffee from hear. I purchased coffee from here on two separate occasions in the same week and the milk had gone bad in the coffee machine. Spoke to a few people who have also been there and said exactly the same thing.

Pretty sick of repeatedly pressing the buzzer then waiting 5 minutes out in the cold for the attendant to casually stroll over to the counter and decide to finally open the front door. Don’t waste your time. Plenty of other servos on the street. Second time it’s happened at the same place!!

Served old doughnuts many times!

$5.00 for 600ml bottle of Pepsi Max... rip off bigtime.
I'm not blaming the staff, just Coles, for this blantent grab for money when a 1.25 litre in the supermarket is a lot cheaper.

After filling up a full tank of unleaded 95 here, my car had poor milage and ran rather rough. After my refill at another petrol station my car is back to normal and runing as it should. BEWARE!

The guy working at night is just slow and so rude..16 dec 2020 was my last night..won’t go back there again
