Quest Melbourne Airport

My international flight arrived to Melbourne Airport at 7 am. I wanted to find a place to wait for my domestic flight which is scheduled at 8 pm. All lounges are accessible only for international travelers and they don’t have sleeping facilities.
I called multiple hotels in the area and they would either refuse early check in, charge extra for the early check in, or have no availability at all. Quest Melbourne accommodated my request and sent me a shuttle bus to pick me up free of charge. Their price beats all other hotels that would check me in at a later time, if ever. Their shuttle bus drivers (from and to airport) and their front desk are all extra friendly and helpful. The room is clean and large. I am surprised to find such great place at low price near the airport. Cannot recommend more, especially if you get in a similar situation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Quest Melbourne Airport during a business trip, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The convenience of having this included in the stay was greatly appreciated, especially for travelers like myself. Overall, my experience at The Quest Melbourne Airport was nothing short of exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay near the airport.

Convenient for a stopover at Melbourne Airport. The rooms are a good size and the amenities provided are excellent, as are the beds and the water pressure in the shower. Although it's located a bit of a distance away from the airport (approx. 10 mins drive), there is a regular shuttle that goes to Quest until 7pm. If you arrive late, there are coffee machines and some food available to purchase from the lobby. Friendly service from the reception and they also sent a message to confirm my booking prior to my arrival.

Booked the 3 bedroom apartment for 2 days.location is very convenient since we travelled from Horsham.Staff present in front desk were very friendly.Rooms and all facilities provided were outstanding and the apartment was very spacious and clean.
Would definitely comeback if we are in the area

Stayed here overnight before flying out to NZ .... check in was easy, friendly and helpful... booked me a taxi for the following morning, and gave me ideas on where to eat (and there's always Door Dash, Uber etc). Loved that I walked into a room that was clean, warm and smelt so good! The shower was spotless and great pressure, and the bed was seriously comfortable.

I liked it so much I've actually already booked to stay again when I fly back from NZ in a few weeks.

We had an unusual reason to stay, having sold and moved out of our home, before a house sit started. The two bedroom apartment was exactly what we needed. We needed to move the last things out of our house straight to the apartment and storage. Paris in reception over the long weekend was very helpful and emailed us to let us know the room was available a bit earlier. It was such a relief as a family to walk into what became a real home for us for nearly two weeks. Handy to the freeways we needed for getting to work and school. Very decent sized apartment with washer and dryer so life went on as normal. Thankful that both our cars were able to be parked at Quest. If we find ourselves without settlement in place for a new house, would definitely be happy to use Quest Melbourne Airport as a temporary home again.

It was my first time in Melbourne and after the treatment I received from the lovely receptionists, I will definitely come back & stay here again. My husband & I had come from another hotel & had the worst experience ever. We ended up checking out early due to the room being so small like a shoebox, bad customer service, feeling claustrophobic with no window you can open so the air con was on 24/7 (which made us sick) & it was stressful being 7 months pregnant & experiencing that.

We researched to stay at another hotel & found the Quest. We checked in & we were upgraded to a room with a balcony- we were so relieved. The room was affordable, so spacious- there was a kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine & dryer, a dining table, tv & couch. The room was so spacious, neat & clean! The ladies in reception were so friendly, accomodating, kind & helpful. The customer service at the Quest was so amazing & I will definitely stay here again because of the great customer service, clean & spacious rooms. Thank you so much for the lovely receptionists who made our stay relaxing, not stressful & enjoyable after a traumatic experience with the previous hotel.

Shout out to Henrietta, front desk staff who was super amazing. I just came off a long haul flight and super jet-lagged. I landed at the Airport at 0730am and my check-in at Quest was not until 3pm. Arrived at Quest around 9am. I cannot describe how empathic Henrietta was. She put my bags in safe storage and promised to ring me when my room was cleaned and available and would try to get me in as early as possible. She even gave me details of nearby restaurants where I can go for breakfast. By 0950am, she rang to let me know my room was ready and I could check in early. What a life saver! Thank you Henrietta. I will definitely come back.

For anyone reading and wondering about the quality of the room and facilities itself, I can tell you unequivocally that it is fantastic. The bed was super comfy and my apartment was clean throughout. The shower pressure was excellent and it was exactly what I needed. Thank you.

I left this morning and extremely happy. They had the best customer service, nice, friendly and willing to help in anyway. Rooms are big, clean and have everything one may need. It’s our second time staying there with the family and we will definitely be back there again when visiting Melbourne.

Great for a pre morning flight over night stay! Highly recommended!

The complimentary airport shuttle was a nice extra. Would stay again for sure.

Cozy hotel and great for families, staff are amazing and very helpful even with the luggage.. only little drawback would be the noise of airplanes landing every 1-2 hours but noise is manageable with couple of ear buds.. this was expected since I chose a hotel close to an airport..

So nice and clean! Great value! Didn't expect the room to have full kitchen, dryer, washing machine, 2 air conditioners, sound system, etc. Very luxurious, Highly recommended 👌

This review is a few months late, but I couldn’t help but think of Gizelle and the service she provided for my family and I. So here is a review! When our flight from MEL back to PER was cancelled last minute in November, we reached the hotel late at night. Gizelle communicated with JetStar to arrange and ensure that we had a comfortable room to accommodate the 3 of us, since the airline only approved for 1 room that only accommodated 2 people. Although we eventually got our room at midnight after almost 2 hours wait, we highly appreciated her effort to provide us an apartment with 2 rooms for the 3 of us, with the approval from the airline. The next morning on our way to breakfast she checked up on us ensuring we had a comfortable night and provided us with thorough explanation of where we could get our breakfast and other services.

Thank you Gizelle, it was such a wonderful service, and you made us feel so welcomed. I couldn’t help but to think of it until today.

Clean simple hotel, free parking onsite. Friendly staff. Close to melbourne airport. Car rental place just across the street, Very convenient. Great for business travel. Great kitchen in the one bedroom apartments. Tv’s need an update. Thank you.

I found this hotel to be a good choice if you have a flight to catch. Although I booked a studio apartment, the room I was assigned to is actually quite big. I also called the receptionist for assistance and they arrived at my room within minutes. This booking is not cheap but worth the price.

Unti was spacious and very clean, in room facilities were excellent, staff very helpful we arrived early after an early morning start and made the room ready earlier for check in.

We loved our stay here! Exceptional service at check-in, so friendly and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Extra bonus was the free shuttle we took to a nearby restaurant. For snacks and breakfast, there's supplies in reception you can purchase. Suited us perfectly! Free shuttle to the airport much appreciated. Thanks to your lovely team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Convenient location to the airport was primarily for this choice. The room was clean and very welcoming, bright and airy, snow white linen and bed was very well made and comfortable. Mini kitchen with utensils were fantastic and clean. Didn't do any cooking as such but made a cuppa. Eateries are not available nearby but they have a ,"enough" simple food bar at reception to get by. We were picked up at airport by request and later sent off next morning with great shuttle service. At times the sound of aircrafts could be heard.

All aspects are very good. Clean, fresh sound proof rooms

Friendly staff. They dont do food but thats expected given its apartments. They do have wine beer and snacks Perfect place if you need to park your car and want good sized rooms.
