He was thorough. He arrived to the service only 2 hours after the request.
We had a litter of puppies destroy our carpets and my mum decided to invite the whole family to my house last minute. And deep has made me feel confident about having people over again.

Booked for a carpet steam clean after plans with another company fell through due to them price gouging at arrival. Even though it was very short notice on a sunday evening, Useus Cleaning Services arrived at my apartment within 2 hours and were finished shortly after. The whole experience was quick, efficient and hassle free - refreshing after dealing with dodgy companies all weekend. Good pricing as well, which he was upfront about and broke down for me when asked. Very pleasant to work with :)

This is the second time I’ve used Deep and Useus Cleaning Services, and I am even more pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail and high standard that they provided to each job.
The first time was for steam cleaning of carpets and the second was for the whole house to be cleaned.

My carpets were extremely dirty and had lint on them, but they vacuumed it really well and then steam cleaned it - almost new after that. Very professional and friendly, would recommend it very highly!
