Domino's Pizza Box Hill

We were pleasantly surprised with the food we got from Domino’s Box Hill. I’m not sure if it is because of the change in management, but this is easily the best Domino’s pizza in my experience. The pizza and the toppings were fresh. They tasted good too. I hope they maintain the same level of quality. Thanks.

I mean, if food is so cheap, I don’t expect many things. They are toooo cheap. During some promotions, a pizza is cheaper than a bag of potato chips. And their pepperoni is so goood!

Dominos Box Hill has exceeded my expectations every time I've ordered with them. Pizzas are always made perfectly, the deals are always amazing and the team is super sweet and helpful. Also, a big thanks to Ambrose (I think that was his name, apologies if I got it wrong) who has always provided top-tier customer service. Would definitely recommend :))

Had a problem with our order last night, the manager wouldn’t come to the phone but Ben who helped us was amazing. He was new but worked through our issue with us! Really appreciate Ben’s help, even without the manager.

Went there for 2 pizzas with my girlfriend expecting the same old *trash pizza* dominos used to be.
But to my surprise the managements changed and the pizzas were no longer the
*Trash pizzas I've known them for back in 2016*

They're actually pretty good now, and the value is still insane and unbeatable for pick ups.

Quick and friendly service, good pizza. Literally just walked out with my pizza and ate the first slice as I walked - came in on my way home after working 10 hour shift, and the employees quite literally helped me figure out what to eat, and let me take a solid few minutes to decide. Pizza is fresh and tastes phenomenal, the churros are good too.

Ben served me and was very patient as i took long to decide what i wanted and even when i did decide he still talked to me kindly, great customer service at box hill domino

New staff, New look! Great. I know about this Domino's history but since then they have gotten completely new staff who are very friendly and provide great service. Give them another go. Be sad to the see current staff be out of a job because of some idiot manager who came before them.

The few Domino's Pizza places I've been to in the past have been garbage. I recently moved to the area and was pleasantly surprised to find that this one is great! The pizzas have always been of really good quality and value.
