This very unassuming restaurant has just become my go-to place for great Indian food. I went with an Indian-Australian friend based off the google reviews and he was also impressed. The whole venue is vegetarian and about half is vegan, or vegan option available. I’m usually a meat eater but this was so good and generous serving sizes. So good that I ordered a little extra to take home to share with another friend tomorrow (when I have space for dessert). Thank you to the lovely staff. I will be back and telling friends about this place for sure. Maybe I’ll go for the banquet next time.

This is the only fully vegan Indian restaurant in Melbourne without dairy (ghee). The taste is excellent and authentic and will satisfy everyone.

This is our absolute favourite family restaurant. We’ve been coming here for years and as vegan/vegetarians it’s always been the most delicious option for our dietary needs and all of our friends love it!!! Could not recommend this place more highly!

Incredibly warm and welcoming people, and utterly delicious food. Really helpful tips on food for children to try, and meat eaters and vegetarians alike were in awe of this all-veg menu. Beautiful Bollywood classics topped off a perfect night. Highly recommended!

Small family run restaurant. The restaurant staff and owner were very accommodating. The food was amazing in terms of taste and quality. Everything was made fresh from the kitchen. Would be happy to come again.

Food is so delicious! We had garlic naan, pumpkin masala and saag tofu. All were vegan and all were great. Had a delicious gulab jamun for dessert. Such a treat to have this vegan restaurant so close to home. The owners are wonderful, we will definitely be back.

What a hidden gem! Do not let the bland decor fool you. The food is deliciously vegan/vegetarian and made with care and attention. Expect to be greeted with a warm welcome when you enter. The time to arrival of food is slow but well worth the wait. Highly recommend the jackfruit masala! Yum!

Eating here is less like going to a restaurant and more like being invited into someone’s home, in a really good way. Such a wonderful welcome and a lovely easy vibe. Then there’s the food. Our orders took some time to arrive even though we were one of only two occupied tables, so you can be reassured it’s all being cooked fresh. When the food arrived it was gobsmackingly good, seriously tasty, clearly cooked with passion and care. We shared mushroom pakora, gobi Manchurian and a kadai paneer. All generous portions and delicious. I can’t wait to go back to this little gem of a place.

This place had come highly recommended to us by a number of friends. We finally got to try it and was not disappointed! The food is delicious but what stumps it all is the beautiful service and the owners clear passion in sharing their love of food and cooking. We felt very welcome here and will definitely return again.

Krishna’s has the best Indian food in Melbourne, the saag is incredible. it’s fully vegan and they’ll do everything to cater for allergies, going as far to make me a gluten free naan and pakora. The best part though is the family atmosphere. Absolutely love this game lace and cross the city regularly just to eat their food.
